【摘要】：作為建筑空間的物質(zhì)載體,材料一直是建筑學(xué)的基本問題之一。近年來高新建筑材料的開發(fā)和復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)體系的設(shè)計(jì)成為世界范圍內(nèi)廣泛關(guān)注的話題。立足于這樣的環(huán)境中,坂茂的紙結(jié)構(gòu)建筑作為一種低成本、低技術(shù)的新型建造體系顯得尤為特殊。但就紙結(jié)構(gòu)本身的特點(diǎn)而言,它易于加工、易于運(yùn)輸、易于建造、易于拆卸并且百分之百可回收,與現(xiàn)代社會快速更新的功能需求十分吻合,同時(shí)紙質(zhì)樸的質(zhì)感和輕盈的造型也符合當(dāng)代的審美取向。所以紙結(jié)構(gòu)完全有潛力脫離非常規(guī)建造的范疇并得到更多的應(yīng)用,而目前的研究對于其建筑學(xué)方面的探索仍非常欠缺,而這也正是本文論述的重點(diǎn)。本文首先追溯了造紙工藝的歷史,紙的傳統(tǒng)應(yīng)用以及紙作為建筑結(jié)構(gòu)材料的緣起；然后文章對紙結(jié)構(gòu)建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)整理,包括結(jié)構(gòu)體系的歸納和基本結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的研究,并通過紙結(jié)構(gòu)和木結(jié)構(gòu)兩個(gè)體系的對比以凸顯其特征；之后,文章從圍護(hù)體系與受力結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系、構(gòu)造措施、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)和施工建造四個(gè)方面對紙結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了分析；最后,文章通過對坂茂生平和教育背景的梳理,試圖找出紙結(jié)構(gòu)建造體系形成背后的機(jī)理。筆者在研究過稱中試圖丟棄對紙結(jié)構(gòu)脆弱、廉價(jià)和臨時(shí)的偏見,將紙結(jié)構(gòu)與其它建造體系平等對待,以求為建筑實(shí)踐提供新的視角和參考。
[Abstract]:As the material carrier of the building space. Materials have always been one of the basic problems in architecture. In recent years, the development of high and new building materials and the design of complex structural systems have become a topic of worldwide concern. As a new construction system with low cost and low technology, Banmao's paper structure is very special. However, the paper structure itself is easy to process, transport and build. Easy to disassemble and 100% recyclable, in line with modern society's rapidly updated functional requirements. At the same time, the simple texture and light shape of paper also accord with the contemporary aesthetic orientation. Therefore, the paper structure has the full potential to break away from the category of non-conventional construction and get more applications. But the current research for its architectural exploration is still very lack, and this is the focus of this paper. Firstly, this paper traces the history of paper making technology. The traditional application of paper and the origin of paper as building material; Then the paper systematically arranges the structural design of paper structure architecture, including the induction of structural system and the study of basic structural components, and through the comparison of paper structure and wood structure to highlight its characteristics; After that, the paper analyzes the structural design of paper structure from four aspects: the relationship between the enclosure system and the mechanical structure, the construction measures, the design of the joint and the construction of the paper structure. Finally, by combing his life and educational background, the paper tries to find out the mechanism behind the formation of paper structure construction system. The paper structure is treated equally with other construction systems in order to provide a new perspective and reference for the construction practice.
