【摘要】：如今,隨著我國經濟的快速發(fā)展,建筑行業(yè)也迎來了飛速的發(fā)展,建筑施工企業(yè)已經成為我國經濟發(fā)展的支柱性產業(yè),是中國拉動國內GDP的重要組成部分,同時在我國的工業(yè)化及其城市化的進程中也起到重要的穩(wěn)定作用。中小型建筑企業(yè)對建筑業(yè)科學發(fā)展更是具有舉足輕重的作用,對中國的城市化建設及其現代化建設做出不可替代的貢獻。中小型施工企業(yè)的工程項目建設周期長,投資數額大,在整個工程項目從投標直至項目竣工的過程中不可預見的因素很多,業(yè)主方及其參與工程建設的承包方、分包方、材料供應商等等都會面臨很多不可預計的風險。這些風險會嚴重的影響企業(yè)的發(fā)展,因此建立適合中小型施工企業(yè)的風險管控模式亟不可待。風險管控是目前建筑施工企業(yè)尤其是中小型施工企業(yè)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),本文通過對目前國內外風險管控的相關理論的研究,分析了我國中小型施工企業(yè)當前風險管控方面的一般特點及其存在問題,闡述了中小型施工企業(yè)面臨的風險、風險管控的基本定義,并介紹了中小型施工企業(yè)風險的識別、評估、處理對策以及監(jiān)控的具體方法。論文通過風險管控理論研究并結合中小型施工企業(yè)特點,建立了適合中小型施工企業(yè)風險管控系統(tǒng),主要包括組織保障體系、制度保障體系、工作流程以及工作機制等。同時,探索了一套適合于中小型施工企業(yè)風險管控的具體的管理流程。最后,通過中小型施工企業(yè)的一個項目實例,建立風險數據庫,通過專家鑒定及其評分,分析了如何應用風險管控系統(tǒng)進行項目全過程的風險管控,為中小型施工企業(yè)實施有效的風險管控提供一定的技術支撐。希望研究成果能夠對推動中小型施工企業(yè)風險管控能力的提高有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of China's economy, the construction industry has also ushered in a rapid development, construction enterprises have become the pillar industry of economic development in China, is an important part of China to pull the domestic GDP. At the same time, it also plays an important role in the process of industrialization and urbanization in China. Small and medium-sized construction enterprises play an important role in the scientific development of the construction industry. Make irreplaceable contribution to the construction of urbanization and modernization of China. The construction period of small and medium-sized construction enterprises is long and the amount of investment is large. In the whole project from bidding to the completion of the project in the process of unpredictable factors, owners and their participation in the construction of contractors, subcontractors. Material suppliers and so on will face a lot of unpredictable risks. These risks will seriously affect the development of enterprises. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a risk control model suitable for small and medium-sized construction enterprises. Risk control is the weak link of construction enterprises, especially small and medium-sized construction enterprises. This paper analyzes the general characteristics and existing problems of the current risk control of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China through the research on the relevant theories of risk management and control at home and abroad. This paper expounds the risk faced by small and medium-sized construction enterprises, the basic definition of risk management and control, and introduces the risk identification and evaluation of small and medium-sized construction enterprises. Through the study of risk control theory and the characteristics of small and medium-sized construction enterprises, the paper establishes a risk management and control system suitable for small and medium-sized construction enterprises, mainly including the organizational security system. At the same time, it explores a set of specific management flow suitable for the risk management of small and medium-sized construction enterprises. Finally, through a project example of small and medium-sized construction enterprises. Set up the risk database, through the expert appraisal and the score, analyzed how to use the risk control system to carry on the project entire process risk management and control. This paper provides some technical support for the implementation of effective risk control in small and medium-sized construction enterprises, and hopes that the research results can help to promote the improvement of risk control ability of small and medium-sized construction enterprises.
