張拉成形曲面的應(yīng)力松弛分析

【摘要】:對(duì)膜結(jié)構(gòu)施工中由裁剪片拼接張拉形成的膜面進(jìn)行應(yīng)力松弛分析,考察膜面應(yīng)力隨時(shí)間逐漸減小的變化規(guī)律?紤]膜材材料和幾何雙重非線性,采用廣義Maxwell黏彈性模型建立積分型本構(gòu)方程,推導(dǎo)增量本構(gòu)方程,編制非線性有限元程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)成形曲面的應(yīng)力松弛數(shù)值分析過程。對(duì)聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜材進(jìn)行了不同初始應(yīng)力水平下的單軸應(yīng)力松弛試驗(yàn)和不同應(yīng)力比下的雙軸應(yīng)力松弛試驗(yàn),用5單元的廣義Maxwell黏彈性模型對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合,確定了膜材本構(gòu)方程的黏彈性參數(shù)。進(jìn)行十字形膜片的加載及應(yīng)力松弛試驗(yàn),對(duì)其試驗(yàn)過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析,結(jié)果表明試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與數(shù)值分析結(jié)果基本一致,驗(yàn)證了成形曲面黏彈性數(shù)值分析方法的可行性。對(duì)PVC膜材馬鞍形曲面算例進(jìn)行黏彈性分析,結(jié)果表明,馬鞍形曲面在張拉完成4 d后,膜面平均應(yīng)力降低了44%。
[Abstract]:The stress relaxation analysis of the membrane surface formed by the splicing tensioning of the cutting pieces in the construction of membrane structure is carried out, and the variation law of the membrane surface stress gradually decreasing with time is investigated. The material and geometric nonlinearity of the membrane material are considered. The integral constitutive equation is established by using the generalized Maxwell viscoelastic model and the incremental constitutive equation is derived. Development of nonlinear finite element program for numerical analysis of stress relaxation of forming surface. Uniaxial stress relaxation tests with different initial stress levels and biaxial stress relaxation tests with different stress ratios were carried out. The viscoelastic parameters of the constitutive equation of the membrane were determined by fitting the test data with the generalized Maxwell viscoelastic model of 5 elements. The loading and stress relaxation tests of the cross-shaped diaphragm were carried out. The numerical results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical results. The feasibility of viscoelastic numerical analysis method for forming surface is verified. The viscoelastic analysis of saddle curved surface of PVC membrane is carried out. The results show that the saddle curved surface is completed 4 days after tension. The average stress of the film surface is reduced by 44%.
