【摘要】：論文首先對(duì)揚(yáng)州居住區(qū)的停車現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與研究,研究揚(yáng)州市居住區(qū)停車空間存在的主要問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行剖析,綜合對(duì)揚(yáng)州市部分居住小區(qū)對(duì)于可停車空間的開發(fā)利用情況的調(diào)研結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)分析,再結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外居住區(qū)停車配建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及停車空間設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),為揚(yáng)州市居住區(qū)提出具有可操作性的停車問(wèn)題解決對(duì)策。為改善揚(yáng)州市居住區(qū)環(huán)境,解決居住區(qū)停車問(wèn)題,并為規(guī)劃部門提供政策法規(guī)方面的幫助與參考。 論文分為四章。第一章為緒論,闡述課題的背景、研究意義、課題內(nèi)容,以及擬解決的主要問(wèn)題。第二章先是對(duì)居住區(qū)停車問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,然后通過(guò)對(duì)揚(yáng)州市居住區(qū)停車現(xiàn)狀和基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)查,歸納出揚(yáng)州居住區(qū)的停車特性,同時(shí),對(duì)比分析居住區(qū)幾種常見(jiàn)停車方式,并整理出對(duì)居住區(qū)環(huán)境相應(yīng)的影響,最后對(duì)國(guó)外居住區(qū)的停車環(huán)境進(jìn)行介紹。第三章先是舉例介紹了國(guó)外及我國(guó)臺(tái)灣居住區(qū)停車指標(biāo)體系建立的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),然后通過(guò)對(duì)揚(yáng)州居住區(qū)停車指標(biāo)存在的問(wèn)題以及設(shè)置依據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,最后,為揚(yáng)州居住區(qū)停車配建指標(biāo)體系的合理建立給出改善建議。第四章在靜態(tài)交通規(guī)劃、動(dòng)態(tài)交通設(shè)計(jì)方面對(duì)揚(yáng)州市居住區(qū)提出改善建議,并提出多途徑的解決對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:First of all, this paper investigates and studies the parking status of Yangzhou residential area, studies the main problems of parking space in Yangzhou residential area, and analyzes the causes of the parking space. This paper synthesizes the research results and data analysis of parking space development and utilization in some residential areas of Yangzhou city, and then combines the standards of parking allocation and the practical experience of parking space design in residential areas at home and abroad. In order to improve the environment of Yangzhou residential area, solve the parking problem of residential area, and provide the help and reference of policies and regulations for the planning department. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the background, research significance, subject content, and the main problems to be solved. The second chapter first analyzes the reasons of residential parking problem. Then through the investigation of the parking status and basic data of Yangzhou residential area, the parking characteristics of Yangzhou residential area are summarized. At the same time, several common parking modes in Yangzhou residential area are compared and analyzed. Finally, it introduces the parking environment of foreign residential areas. The third chapter introduces the successful experiences of the establishment of parking index system in foreign and Taiwan residential areas. Then through the Yangzhou residential area parking indicators and the establishment of the analysis of the basis, finally, for the Yangzhou residential area parking allocation index system reasonable establishment of the improvement recommendations. 4th chapter in static traffic planning. In the aspect of dynamic traffic design, suggestions for improvement of Yangzhou residential area are put forward, and multi-channel solutions are put forward.
