【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，我國(guó)面臨的老齡化問題越發(fā)的嚴(yán)重，更加要注意他們的生活水平和生活質(zhì)量。我國(guó)現(xiàn)在階段的老年人療養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)大都以常規(guī)的設(shè)計(jì)方法來設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)中并沒有完全考慮到老年人的生理以及心理的特點(diǎn)，這樣就會(huì)產(chǎn)生一系列的問題，不顧完全及老年人的身體機(jī)能退化，甚至無障礙設(shè)計(jì)也做得不夠完善，對(duì)老年人的關(guān)愛的不夠，這樣就使老年人對(duì)社會(huì)養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)生厭倦心理，不利于老年人事業(yè)的發(fā)展。環(huán)境心理學(xué)能夠全方面考慮老年人的生理以及心理的變化，根據(jù)老年人的實(shí)際需求來設(shè)計(jì)出適合老年人的居住環(huán)境。給老年人提供更舒適的居住環(huán)境，給老年人以更多的關(guān)懷，讓他們能有更好的晚年生活。 本次論文通過研究環(huán)境心理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論，并對(duì)老年人的生理和心理行為進(jìn)行分析研究，對(duì)老年人的身體情況和心理狀況有了詳細(xì)的了解，另外，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)選擇了個(gè)別老年人療養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和分析，提取現(xiàn)有老年人療養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，分析其設(shè)計(jì)中的不足之處，總結(jié)出一套詳細(xì)的、符合國(guó)情的關(guān)于老年人療養(yǎng)中心設(shè)計(jì)的指導(dǎo)性方法，為建設(shè)舒適的、健康的、安全的、無障礙的老年人療養(yǎng)中心的設(shè)計(jì)有指導(dǎo)性的意義，能夠提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量，推進(jìn)我國(guó)養(yǎng)老事業(yè)的發(fā)展。最后將所分析總結(jié)出的老年人療養(yǎng)中心設(shè)計(jì)的方法應(yīng)用于陜西偉芝堂老年人綜合療養(yǎng)中心的方案設(shè)計(jì)中加以驗(yàn)證。 本次論文的研究方法有文獻(xiàn)資料法、理論分析法、分析總結(jié)法、案例分析法和實(shí)例驗(yàn)證法。結(jié)合環(huán)境心理學(xué)和老年人的心理行為特征所總結(jié)出的老年人療養(yǎng)中心設(shè)計(jì)的方法，應(yīng)用與實(shí)際項(xiàng)目：陜西偉芝堂老年人綜合療養(yǎng)中心的方案設(shè)計(jì)中，進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析，理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，，驗(yàn)證老年人療養(yǎng)中心設(shè)計(jì)的方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the problem of aging in China is becoming more and more serious. More attention should be paid to their standard of living and quality of life. In our country, the current stage of the design of the elderly sanatorium is mostly based on the conventional design method. The design does not fully take into account the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly, so it will produce a series of problems, regardless of the degradation of the physical function of the elderly, even accessibility design is not perfect. The care for the elderly is not enough, so that the elderly will be tired of the social endowment, is not conducive to the development of the cause of the elderly. Environmental psychology can take into account all aspects of the physical and psychological changes of the elderly. According to the actual needs of the elderly to design a suitable living environment for the elderly to provide a more comfortable living environment to the elderly with more care so that they can have a better life in old age. This paper through the study of environmental psychology related theories, and the elderly physical and psychological behavior analysis and research, the physical and psychological situation of the elderly have a detailed understanding, in addition. The author investigated and analyzed the individual nursing institutions for the elderly in China, extracted the advantages of the design of the existing nursing institutions for the elderly, analyzed the shortcomings of the design, and summed up a set of detailed. The guiding method for the design of nursing center for the elderly is of guiding significance for the design of comfortable, healthy, safe and barrier-free recuperation center for the elderly. Can improve the quality of life of the elderly. Finally, the design method of the elderly recuperation center is applied to the design of the comprehensive recuperation center for the elderly in Weizhi Tang, Shaanxi Province. The research methods of this paper are literature method, theoretical analysis method, analysis and summary method. Case analysis and case verification. The design method of nursing center for the elderly combined with environmental psychology and the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly. Application and practice item: in the scheme design of Shaanxi Weizhitang comprehensive recuperation center for the elderly, the feasibility of the design method of the elderly recuperation center was verified by combining theory with practice.
