【摘要】：在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展和快速城市化背景下,歷史街區(qū)的保護(hù)與更新、生態(tài)城區(qū)與綠色建筑是兩個平行發(fā)展的重要議題,本文試圖將二者結(jié)合起來,以天津五大道先農(nóng)商旅區(qū)的綠色化更新設(shè)計(jì)為主要研究對象,探索歷史街區(qū)綠色化更新的理念、方法和適用技術(shù)。本文首先對五大道地區(qū)現(xiàn)有的歷史建筑更新策略和保護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行梳理,對綠色更新及其相關(guān)評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),形成本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。然后通過文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)地調(diào)研的方法對國內(nèi)外典型案例進(jìn)行研究,提取可供本文參照的思想觀念和技術(shù)方法。最后將相關(guān)理論、方法用于先農(nóng)商旅區(qū)的綠色化更新設(shè)計(jì),提出了適用于先農(nóng)商旅區(qū)的相關(guān)生態(tài)策略,同時(shí)針對實(shí)施方案總結(jié)存在的問題,并進(jìn)行了方案優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于將綠色理念注入于歷史街區(qū)與歷史建筑的更新改造中;同時(shí),綜合考量歷史建筑保護(hù)和地域特性,遴選出適宜的綠色技術(shù)與歷史建筑更新有機(jī)結(jié)合,并試圖通過先農(nóng)商旅區(qū)綠色更新方案與優(yōu)化為歷史街區(qū)和歷史建筑的可持續(xù)更新提供有益的參考和借鑒。本文主要采用了收集資料、案例分析、實(shí)地調(diào)研、軟件模擬、工程實(shí)踐總結(jié)與優(yōu)化相結(jié)合的研究方法,同時(shí),全面借鑒歷史街區(qū)綠色化更新設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)理論,以及建筑領(lǐng)域中的新觀念,擴(kuò)大論文的深度和視野,使得研究成果更具有說服力。
[Abstract]:In the context of sustained economic development and rapid urbanization in China, the protection and renewal of historical blocks, ecological urban areas and green buildings are two important issues of parallel development. This paper attempts to combine the two issues. Taking the green renewal design of Tianjin five major roads as the main research object, this paper explores the concept of green renewal in the historical district. Methods and applicable techniques. Firstly, this paper summarizes the existing renovation strategies and protection experiences of historical buildings in the five major roads area, and summarizes the green renewal and its related evaluation standards. Form the theoretical basis of this paper. Then through literature research and field research methods to study the typical cases at home and abroad, to extract the ideas and technical methods for reference. Finally, the relevant theory. The method was applied to the green renewal design of the fore-farm business travel area, and the relevant ecological strategies were put forward, and the problems existed in the implementation scheme were summarized at the same time. The innovation of this paper is to inject the green idea into the renewal and transformation of historical blocks and historical buildings. At the same time, comprehensive consideration of historical building protection and regional characteristics, the selection of appropriate green technology and historical building renewal organic combination. And try to provide a useful reference and reference for the sustainable renewal of historical blocks and historical buildings through the green renewal plan and optimization of the former agricultural and business tourism areas. This paper mainly adopts the collection of data case analysis field research. Software simulation, engineering practice summary and optimization of the research method, at the same time, comprehensive reference to historical block green renewal design theory, as well as the new concept in the field of architecture, expand the depth and vision of the paper. Make the research results more convincing.
