【摘要】：文章以山東省臨沂市費(fèi)縣上冶鎮(zhèn)為例,從建設(shè)性、生態(tài)性和剛性三個(gè)方面出發(fā),建立用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用多因子綜合疊加分析與主成分分析組合的方法,借助空間信息技術(shù)空間分析的優(yōu)勢(shì),開展上冶鎮(zhèn)用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),上冶鎮(zhèn)適宜建設(shè)的區(qū)域主要分布在紫荊河西岸,呈南北向長(zhǎng)條狀,是未來城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的主要區(qū)域。以此為基礎(chǔ),提出"居住用地重點(diǎn)南下、東跨,工業(yè)用地重點(diǎn)向西發(fā)展,北面控制建設(shè)"的上冶鎮(zhèn)城鎮(zhèn)用地?cái)U(kuò)展思路,并明確北部宜居老區(qū)、南部現(xiàn)代新區(qū)、東部濱水新區(qū)、西部生態(tài)住區(qū)、高速北傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)提升區(qū)和高速南新興產(chǎn)業(yè)培育區(qū)等功能區(qū)布局及發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:Taking Shangye Town, Fei County, Linyi City, Shandong Province as an example, this paper sets up an evaluation index system of land suitability from three aspects: constructive, ecological and rigid. The method of multi-factor comprehensive superposition analysis and principal component analysis was used to evaluate the suitability of land use in Shangye Town with the advantage of spatial information technology. The suitable construction area of Shangye Town is mainly distributed in the west bank of the Bauhinia River, it is the main area of the future town construction, and it is the main area in the future town construction. On this basis, the paper puts forward that "the focal point of residential land is south, east span." Industrial land development to the west, northern control of construction "Shangye Town urban land expansion ideas, and identify the north livable old area, the southern modern new area, the eastern waterfront new area, the western ecological settlements." The layout and development strategy of the high-speed north-traditional industry promotion area and the high-speed south-emerging industry cultivation area.
