【摘要】：隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程不斷加快,城鎮(zhèn)化為社會的全面發(fā)展提供了巨大的機會。但是綠色理念下的城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃,尤其與區(qū)域林業(yè)綠化建設相結(jié)合的鎮(zhèn)域規(guī)劃建設實踐,還比較欠缺。因此借我國城鎮(zhèn)化進程快速發(fā)展之利,對昌邑市下營鎮(zhèn)的鎮(zhèn)域規(guī)劃,與林業(yè)規(guī)劃結(jié)合,探索綠色理念下的鎮(zhèn)域規(guī)劃,具有十分重要的理論與實踐意義。本文以昌邑市下營鎮(zhèn)的鎮(zhèn)域規(guī)劃為例,探討針對綠色理念下的鎮(zhèn)域村鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃的具體策略。按照區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展與生態(tài)建設相協(xié)調(diào)、遠期發(fā)展與近期建設相結(jié)合、堅持城鎮(zhèn)開發(fā)與城鎮(zhèn)管理有序?qū)嵤�、重點突出和成果可操作性的原則,重點強調(diào)綠色環(huán)境的基礎作用,對下營鎮(zhèn)的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查歸類,針對下營鎮(zhèn)村莊、交通、給排水、環(huán)衛(wèi)系統(tǒng)、綜合防災、林業(yè)建設等方面進行重新整合與規(guī)劃,將下營鎮(zhèn)建設成為以經(jīng)濟建設為中心,以優(yōu)化鎮(zhèn)域綠色生態(tài)環(huán)境為重點,突出自然優(yōu)勢,尤其農(nóng)業(yè)林業(yè)和綠化優(yōu)勢,突出下營文化特色,突出工業(yè)經(jīng)濟,建設萊州灣濱海城鎮(zhèn)。為之后的綠色理念指導下的城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃提供示范及借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of urbanization in China, urbanization provides a great opportunity for the overall development of society. But under the green concept of urban planning. Especially, the practice of town planning and construction combined with regional forestry greening construction is still relatively lacking. Therefore, taking advantage of the rapid development of China's urbanization process, the town area planning of Xiaying town in Changyi city is combined with forestry planning. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the town planning under the green concept. This paper takes the town planning of Changyi Xiaying town as an example. This paper probes into the specific strategy of town area village and town system planning under the green concept. According to the regional coordinated development, the economic sustainable development and ecological construction are coordinated, and the long-term development is combined with the recent construction. Adhere to the principles of orderly implementation of urban development and urban management, focus on highlighting and operational results, emphasis on the basic role of the green environment, survey and classification of the current situation of Xiaying Town, aiming at the villages of Xiaying Town, traffic. Water supply and drainage, sanitation system, comprehensive disaster prevention, forestry construction and other aspects of re-integration and planning, the construction of Xiaying town as the center of economic construction, to optimize the town green ecological environment as the focus, highlighting the natural advantages. Especially the advantages of agriculture, forestry and greening, highlighting the cultural characteristics of the lower camp, highlighting the industrial economy, building coastal towns in Laizhou Bay, and providing a demonstration and reference for the planning of the urban system under the guidance of the green concept.
