【摘要】:住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化是住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的簡稱,是住宅這一特殊產(chǎn)品工業(yè)化、標準化、通用化的具體表現(xiàn)[1],本文將視內(nèi)澆外掛技術(shù)為一項系統(tǒng)工程,從全生命周期角度研究如何實現(xiàn)內(nèi)澆外掛技術(shù),并針對重要節(jié)點構(gòu)造、防水構(gòu)造做專題闡述。希望推動此項技術(shù)的發(fā)展。 住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化是一個將設(shè)計、開發(fā)、工程、生產(chǎn)和管理串聯(lián)為一個完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)系統(tǒng)。它是根據(jù)住宅的市場需求,在科技進步的支撐下,以成型的標準化工廠加工的構(gòu)件為基礎(chǔ),通過合理的組織和適當?shù)墓芾�,從而�?gòu)成了住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的完整的系統(tǒng)工程[2]。 從一九九六年,住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化開始在全國試點,至今已經(jīng)過去了十五個年頭,但發(fā)展的成果距原來制定的目標相差甚遠[3]。過去的產(chǎn)業(yè)化住宅在構(gòu)造節(jié)點、施工方法尚有欠缺,尤其是沒有根據(jù)實際情況考慮施工措施,導(dǎo)致很多防水節(jié)點無法滿足要求[4]。本文將論述產(chǎn)業(yè)化在國內(nèi)外發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、國內(nèi)的差距體現(xiàn)在哪方面。 萬科集團一直致力于綠色建筑,積極推動住宅工業(yè)化進程。為加快住宅工業(yè)化進程,萬科于2006年開始建設(shè)建筑研發(fā)基地,該基地是目前國內(nèi)最為先進、齊全的住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化研究中心。本文將分析萬科推進住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化不同階段遇到的問題,并根據(jù)工程實踐給出一套完整的解決辦法。 天津萬科生態(tài)城錦廬園一期情景洋房采用內(nèi)澆外掛工業(yè)化體系,,本文旨在對實際建造過程中遇到的問題,對外掛板體系的特點、構(gòu)造系列做法做相關(guān)研究,以期形成相關(guān)理論。 本文將視內(nèi)澆外掛技術(shù)為一項系統(tǒng)工程,從項目前期規(guī)劃、中期施工圖、后期施工的全程研究如何實現(xiàn)內(nèi)澆外掛技術(shù),并針對重要節(jié)點構(gòu)造、防水構(gòu)造做專題闡述。希望借此推動此項技術(shù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The housing industry is referred to as the modernization of housing industry, housing is a special product of industrialization, standardization, universalization of the specific performance of [1], this paper will be cast in plug-in technology as a systems engineering, from the perspective of the whole life cycle of how to realize the inner casting plug technology, and for the important node construction, do waterproofing this topic. I hope to promote the development of technology.
The housing industry is a design, development, engineering, production and management for a complete series of industrial system. It is based on the residential market demand, in the progress of science and technology support, based on the component standard chemical plant processing as the basis, through the reasonable organization and appropriate management, so as to constitute the housing industry complete system engineering [2].
From 1996, the housing industry started the pilot in the country, has been in the past fifteen years, but the fruits of development from the original target far [3]. past the industrialization of residential construction in the node, the construction method is still lacking, especially without considering the construction measures according to the actual situation, resulting in a lot of waterproof joints can not satisfy the requirements of [4]. this paper will discuss the current situation of industrialization development at home and abroad, the domestic gap is reflected in what aspects.
Vanke Group has been committed to the green building, and actively promote the process of housing industrialization. In order to speed up the process of housing industrialization, Vanke began construction of R & D base in 2006, the base is currently the most advanced research center, the housing industry complete. This paper will analyze the different stages of the housing industry problems to promote Vanke, and according to the engineering practice we give a complete set of solutions.
Tianjin Vanke eco city Jinlu garden first phase villa adopts the internal casting and hanging industrial system. This paper aims at studying the problems encountered in the actual construction process, studying the characteristics of the hanging panel system and constructing a series of practices, with a view to form related theories.
In this paper, depending on the internal casting and hanging technology as a systematic project, how to achieve the technology of internal casting and external hanging from the pre stage planning, the medium term construction map and the late construction process, and make a thematic exposition for the important node structure and waterproof structure, hoping to promote the development of this technology.
