【摘要】:我國節(jié)能建筑起步較晚,隨著建設(shè)力度加大,評估階段指標(biāo)的模糊性、參考建筑與參照地域數(shù)據(jù)匱乏等短板束縛我國綠色建筑的理性發(fā)展。住建部呼吁大力促進實體或模擬數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立,利用數(shù)據(jù)庫與模型系統(tǒng)科學(xué)優(yōu)化綠色建筑的發(fā)展路徑。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計建筑設(shè)計階段的節(jié)能潛力占據(jù)整體節(jié)能水平的40%,多位專家要求從設(shè)計階段嚴(yán)格體現(xiàn)節(jié)能意識與觀念,應(yīng)當(dāng)建立基于設(shè)計院流程的節(jié)能建筑設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。建筑設(shè)計人員對綠色建筑的具體措施以及建筑能耗與建筑部品的關(guān)聯(lián)性認知較淺,需要通過綠色建筑咨詢師輔助進行深入設(shè)計,因此建筑造型與綠色技術(shù)手段產(chǎn)生常產(chǎn)生不協(xié)調(diào)的狀況。基于以上原因提出低能耗辦公建筑原型概念,分析降低建筑能耗的趨勢與措施,為寒冷地區(qū)建筑的節(jié)能提供數(shù)據(jù)與理論支撐,同時為不同氣候區(qū)域與不同類型建筑的節(jié)能研究提供方法與手段參考,為推動綠色建筑與節(jié)能建筑的大力發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。第一部分分析辦公建筑選取的原因,以及原型系統(tǒng)建立的必要性與可能性,通過并行系統(tǒng)與子系統(tǒng)進行分析方法論證,為下一步能耗模擬奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分梳理辦公建筑能耗影響因素,確定研究寒冷地區(qū)氣候影響區(qū)域,并對氣候分區(qū)進行詳細劃分,確定低能耗建筑氣候分區(qū)圖,分析確定辦公建筑的用能時間,為進一步研究多層辦公建筑原型提供相關(guān)參數(shù)�;谝�(guī)范與常規(guī)做法,對辦公建筑類型與建筑本體進行定性分析,確定低能耗辦公建筑理論原型。第三部分通過對圍護結(jié)構(gòu)材料分析與比對,在理論原型的基礎(chǔ)上對圍護結(jié)構(gòu)不同朝向,屋頂?shù)谋貙幼兓约巴该鲊o結(jié)構(gòu)進行模擬分析,得出寒冷地區(qū)多層辦公建筑圍護結(jié)構(gòu)合理的傳熱系數(shù)與能耗的關(guān)系。第四部分對國內(nèi)外可再生能源理論與實踐進行梳理分析,基于設(shè)計層面遴選出低能耗辦公建筑適用的可再生能源類型,并對其與建筑一體化建筑應(yīng)用進行技術(shù)與藝術(shù)層面的模式探討。第五部分分析國內(nèi)外相關(guān)綠色建筑評價的概況,對當(dāng)前主要綠色建筑評價體系與各自指標(biāo)項內(nèi)容進行梳理,分析對比不同體系特點,研究評價指標(biāo)不同層面的關(guān)聯(lián)性,提取辦公建筑設(shè)計階段引導(dǎo)指標(biāo),探討引導(dǎo)指標(biāo)的影響因子及表征項間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,并提出建議項輔助建筑低能耗設(shè)計,綜合建筑本體以及可再生能源因素,構(gòu)建多層辦公建筑低能耗設(shè)計階段引導(dǎo)指標(biāo)。最后通過實例驗證多層辦公建筑原型數(shù)據(jù)的延展性,為不同氣候區(qū)域的設(shè)計師提供整體設(shè)計的思路引導(dǎo)或數(shù)據(jù)參照,為建筑設(shè)計提供可參照的數(shù)據(jù)模型。
[Abstract]:China's energy-saving construction started late, with the construction efforts, fuzzy evaluation stage index, the rational development of reference and reference data such as the lack of building regional short board bound of green building in our country. The fourth part of the domestic and international renewable energy theory and practice analysis, the design level to select suitable for low energy consumption of office building based on the types of renewable energy, and its integration with the building construction application technology and art level mode the fifth part analysis of domestic and foreign green building assessment, the current green building evaluation system Each index of content of carding, analysis of different characteristics of the evaluation index system of comparison, correlation of different levels, from the office building design stage to guide index factors and characterization of the correlation between the effect of leading indicators, and put forward the proposal design of low energy auxiliary buildings, building body and renewable energy factors, constructing multi-layer low energy consumption of office building design stage.
