【摘要】:縱覽當(dāng)今建筑領(lǐng)域的學(xué)科前沿與研究熱點,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),綠色建筑和全壽命周期項目管理均位列其中。綠色建筑憑借其諸多優(yōu)點,已然成為未來建筑發(fā)展的新方向;而全壽命周期項目管理相關(guān)理論也因其大格局、遠(yuǎn)視距特點在管理體系中顯得愈發(fā)出眾。 鑒于此,本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)工程管理的實際情況,在充分學(xué)習(xí)借鑒中外學(xué)者有關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,首先闡述了綠色建筑的涵義和特點,提出將全壽命周期項目管理優(yōu)化理論引入綠色建筑研究領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新性。然后重點針對設(shè)計階段、施工階段和使用階段進(jìn)行優(yōu)化指標(biāo)的選取與定義,分別對各階段各指標(biāo)間的非線性關(guān)系進(jìn)行定量描述,并據(jù)此運用價值工程、多屬性效用函數(shù)和模糊綜合評價理論構(gòu)建數(shù)學(xué)模型,借助計算機編程求解,以實現(xiàn)從事前、事中和事后對綠色建筑進(jìn)行全壽命周期動態(tài)優(yōu)化管理的目的。最后,本文選用一個施工案例對綠色建筑的功能—工期—成本綜合均衡優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行驗證,證明其具有良好的科學(xué)性和實用性。 通過上述研究,本文從“時間軸”和“指標(biāo)軸”建立了綠色建筑的多階段、多目標(biāo)項目管理優(yōu)化體系,不僅有利于提高全壽命周期項目管理的效率和精準(zhǔn)度,而且也可為類似新建工程積累寶貴的經(jīng)驗與數(shù)據(jù),,從而為促進(jìn)綠色建筑的健康有序發(fā)展,推動國家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和生態(tài)建設(shè)提供有力的理論支撐和實踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In the field of architecture, it is not difficult to find that green architecture and life-cycle project management are among them. Green architecture has many advantages. It has already become the new direction of the construction development in the future; The whole life cycle project management theory also because of its large pattern, farsightedness features in the management system has become increasingly outstanding. In view of this, this paper combined with the actual situation of domestic engineering management, on the basis of fully learning the relevant theories of Chinese and foreign scholars, first elaborated the meaning and characteristics of green building. This paper puts forward the innovation of introducing the life-cycle project management optimization theory into the field of green building research, and then focuses on the selection and definition of optimization indexes for the design stage, construction stage and use stage. The nonlinear relationship between the indexes in each stage is described quantitatively, and then the mathematical model is constructed by using value engineering, multi-attribute utility function and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, and solved by computer programming. In order to achieve the purpose of dynamic optimization management of green buildings in the whole life cycle before, during and after the work. Finally. In this paper, a construction case is selected to verify the function-time-cost comprehensive equilibrium optimization model of green building, which proves that it is scientific and practical. Through the above research, this paper establishes the multi-stage and multi-objective project management optimization system of green building from "time axis" and "index axis", which is not only helpful to improve the efficiency and precision of the whole life cycle project management. It can also accumulate valuable experience and data for similar new construction projects, thus providing strong theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the healthy and orderly development of green buildings and promoting national economic and ecological construction.
