【摘要】:中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系是一種生態(tài)環(huán)保、節(jié)能節(jié)地、耗能減震、能夠快速建造的新型建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系。它將傳統(tǒng)生態(tài)復(fù)合墻結(jié)構(gòu)與混凝土豎向約束構(gòu)件有機(jī)結(jié)合,相互取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短、各汲優(yōu)點(diǎn),主要由預(yù)制的生態(tài)復(fù)合墻板、混凝土豎向約束構(gòu)件、暗梁及樓板裝配現(xiàn)澆而成。結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)特的構(gòu)造特點(diǎn),多種構(gòu)件、材料的嵌套使用,使得該結(jié)構(gòu)體系包含雙重主次結(jié)構(gòu),具有多道抗震防線。本文在試驗(yàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用數(shù)值軟件對(duì)各道防線的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)的多道防線抗震機(jī)理進(jìn)行探討,以期為后期工程應(yīng)用提供理論支持。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1.結(jié)合課題組中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)三道防線的相關(guān)試驗(yàn)研究,分為內(nèi)填材料力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)(防線1)、墻板框格單元試驗(yàn)(防線1+2)和帶邊框墻體試驗(yàn)(防線1+2+3)三類。通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)的分類研究對(duì)比,得到不同尺度空間、各抗震防線的受力特點(diǎn)及破壞規(guī)律。研究表明:內(nèi)填砌塊具有很好的耗能能力,豎向約束構(gòu)件和暗梁形成外框架,能夠約束生態(tài)復(fù)合墻板。在水平荷載作用下,砌塊、框格、豎向約束構(gòu)件相互作用,共同受力,能夠在試驗(yàn)的彈性階段、彈塑性階段和破壞階段依次發(fā)揮作用,使中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻體具有多道抗震防線——即“砌塊—框格—豎向約束構(gòu)件”。 2.結(jié)合試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果,利用非線性有限元軟件ABAQUS建立中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻體模型對(duì)不同防線影響因素下的生態(tài)復(fù)合墻體進(jìn)行對(duì)比擴(kuò)展分析。分別研究:第1道防線不同內(nèi)填砌塊對(duì)其的影響;第2道抗震防線中肋梁尺寸、肋柱尺寸、肋梁配筋、肋柱配筋對(duì)其的影響;第3道防線中豎向約束構(gòu)件配筋對(duì)其的影響。通過(guò)數(shù)值分析,得到:砌塊、框格結(jié)構(gòu)及豎向約束構(gòu)件相對(duì)強(qiáng)度、相對(duì)剛度的匹配有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)了三道抗震設(shè)防。 3.在上述研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用雙重結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)原理對(duì)中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)中包含的雙重主次結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,得到了中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)的分解機(jī)理,,并將分災(zāi)結(jié)構(gòu)原理運(yùn)用到中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)中,得到了以砌塊、復(fù)合墻板為分災(zāi)元件的中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)分災(zāi)設(shè)計(jì)思路。最后通過(guò)將結(jié)構(gòu)的性能水準(zhǔn)與三道抗震防線結(jié)合,給出中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)不同性能目標(biāo)的三個(gè)性能水準(zhǔn)所對(duì)應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)建議值,并通過(guò)算例驗(yàn)證,說(shuō)明基于中高層生態(tài)復(fù)合墻混合結(jié)構(gòu)特有的三道防線的抗震設(shè)計(jì)能較好的滿足對(duì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)性能目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)的個(gè)性化要求。
[Abstract]:The mixed structure system of ecological composite wall is a kind of ecological environmental protection, energy saving and ground saving, energy dissipation and earthquake absorption. It combines the traditional ecological composite wall structure and the concrete vertical restrained member organically, draws on each other's weakness, each takes advantage, mainly by the prefabricated ecological compound wall board. Concrete vertical restrained member, dark beam and floor are assembled and cast-in-place. The unique structural characteristics, the nested use of various members and materials, make the structure system contain double primary and secondary structure. Based on the experimental research, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of each defense line by using numerical software, and discusses the seismic mechanism of multi-defense line of the mixed structure of the ecological composite wall in the middle and high buildings. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. According to the related experimental research of three lines of defence of the ecological composite wall mixed structure in the middle and high buildings of the research group, it can be divided into the mechanical performance test of the inner filling material (line of defense 1). There are three types of wall panel and frame element test (line of defense 12) and wall test with border frame (line of defense 1 23). Through the classification and comparison of the tests, different scale spaces are obtained. The research shows that the inner filling block has a good energy dissipation capacity, and the vertical restrained members and the dark beam form an outer frame, which can restrain the ecological composite wallboard under horizontal load. Block, frame lattice, vertical constraint member interaction, the joint force, can be in the elastic stage of the test, elastic-plastic stage and failure stage in turn play a role. The ecological composite wall of middle and high buildings has multiple seismic lines, that is, "block-frame lattice-vertical restrained member". 2. Combining the experimental results. By using the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS to establish the model of ecological composite wall in middle and high buildings, the comparison and expansion analysis of the ecological composite wall under different defence factors are carried out. The influence of different filling blocks on the first line of defense; The size of the rib beam, the size of the rib column, the reinforcement of the rib beam and the influence of the reinforcement of the rib column on the second seismic defense line; In the third line of defense, the influence of the reinforcement of the vertical restrained members on it is obtained. Through numerical analysis, the following conclusions are obtained:. The matching of relative strength and relative stiffness of block, frame lattice structure and vertical restrained member realizes three seismic fortification effectively. 3. On the basis of the above research results, the double primary and secondary structures contained in the ecological composite wall hybrid structure are analyzed by using the principle of dual structure correlation. The decomposition mechanism of the middle and high building ecological composite wall hybrid structure is obtained, and the disaster separation structure principle is applied to the middle and high building ecological composite wall hybrid structure, and the block is obtained. The composite wall panel is the disaster dividing element of the middle and high building ecological composite wall hybrid structure. Finally, the performance level of the structure is combined with the three seismic defense lines. Three performance levels corresponding to the different performance targets of the ecological composite wall hybrid structures of the middle and high buildings are given and the corresponding design index suggestions are given and verified by a numerical example. The results show that the seismic design based on the three lines of defense which is unique to the middle and high building ecological composite wall composite structure can better meet the individualized requirements for the performance objective design of the building structure.
