【摘要】：當(dāng)工業(yè)時(shí)代結(jié)束，后工業(yè)時(shí)代來臨，，大量的工業(yè)遺跡在后工業(yè)時(shí)代以什么角色出現(xiàn)成為了一個(gè)問題。大規(guī)模工業(yè)生產(chǎn)使工業(yè)建筑具備一系列特征：跨度大、空間大、荷載大、結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)耐久上述特征使這些工業(yè)遺跡的利用成為趨勢，這從如今的大量實(shí)踐便可看出。此外，作為人類發(fā)展進(jìn)步的重要階段，工業(yè)化、工業(yè)遺跡是人類遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分。如何保護(hù)、保留這些工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)也成為一項(xiàng)挑戰(zhàn)。在這樣的背景下，把舊工業(yè)建筑改造為博物館如今在世界范圍內(nèi)已是一類保護(hù)、保留工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的重要工作，也涌現(xiàn)出大量實(shí)踐。而國內(nèi)，此類改造目前正處于方興未艾的狀態(tài)。 本文基于國內(nèi)舊工業(yè)建筑改造為博物館目前方興未艾的實(shí)踐狀態(tài)，通過選擇9個(gè)已建成的實(shí)踐案例，以工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)視角切入，對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的解析、歸納與總結(jié)。為此類項(xiàng)目的開展應(yīng)該具備怎樣的設(shè)計(jì)原則、設(shè)計(jì)策略提供些許建議，以增進(jìn)國內(nèi)在此方面設(shè)計(jì)水平的提高。
[Abstract]:When the end of the industrial age, post industrial era, a large number of industrial sites in the post industrial era to what role appears to be a problem. The large-scale industrial production of the industrial buildings have a series of characteristics: large span, large space, large load, the structure is relatively durable the above characteristics make use of these industrial sites has become the trend. From a large number of practice now can be seen. In addition, as an important stage of human development, the progress of industrialization, industrial heritage is an important part of human heritage. How to protect and preserve these industrial heritage has become a challenge. In this context, the transformation of old industrial buildings for the museum in the world is now a kind of protection, keep the important work of industrial heritage, have emerged a large number of practice. But the domestic, such transformation is currently in a just unfolding state.
This paper is based on the domestic building renovation of old industrial museum is currently just unfolding in the practical situation, through the selection of 9 have been completed and the practice case to the industrial heritage perspective, to conduct a detailed analysis on the induction and the summary. In order to carry out such projects should have what kind of design principles, provide some suggestions to improve the design strategy on the improvement of the design level.
