【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)在能源消耗和環(huán)境污染方面都處于較高的水平,建筑領(lǐng)域的耗能已經(jīng)占據(jù)了整個(gè)社會(huì)總體耗能的四分之一,所以發(fā)展綠色建筑已經(jīng)迫在眉睫�，F(xiàn)階段,我們國(guó)家對(duì)綠色建筑的建設(shè)和推廣發(fā)展的比較緩慢,很多投資者和消費(fèi)者對(duì)綠色建筑的認(rèn)識(shí)存在很大的誤區(qū)。以全壽命周期為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)綠色建筑進(jìn)行增量成本與效益分析,將經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)引入到綠色建筑綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系中去,這符合綠色建筑特性的要求。本文以現(xiàn)階段綠色建筑的研究為基礎(chǔ),首先對(duì)綠色建筑進(jìn)行了全壽命周期的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析,其次以新的《綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》為依據(jù),將求得的綠色建筑經(jīng)濟(jì)性指標(biāo)考慮進(jìn)去,構(gòu)建了基于全壽命周期的綠色建筑綜合評(píng)價(jià)新指標(biāo)體系。先求出指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,以層次分析法和模糊理論為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了綠色建筑綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,從整體上對(duì)綠色建筑進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。在層次分析法中,我們應(yīng)用了層次分析法yaahp軟件進(jìn)行權(quán)重的確定,使計(jì)算過(guò)程更簡(jiǎn)單,結(jié)果更準(zhǔn)確。最后,通過(guò)蕪湖萬(wàn)科城這一實(shí)例對(duì)綠色建筑綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,具有實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, energy consumption and environmental pollution in China are in a high level, energy consumption in the field of construction has occupied 1/4 of the total energy consumption of the whole society. Therefore, the development of green buildings is imminent. At this stage, the construction and promotion of green buildings in our country is relatively slow. Many investors and consumers have great misunderstandings about green building. Based on the whole life cycle, the incremental cost and benefit of green building are analyzed. The economic index is introduced into the comprehensive evaluation system of green building, which meets the requirements of green building characteristics. This paper is based on the study of green building at present. Firstly, the economic analysis of the whole life cycle of green building is carried out, and then the economic index of green building is taken into account on the basis of the new evaluation standard of green building. A new index system of green building comprehensive evaluation based on the whole life cycle is constructed. Firstly, the weight of the index is calculated, and based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory, the comprehensive evaluation model of green building is constructed. In the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we use AHP yaahp software to determine the weight, so that the calculation process is simpler and the results are more accurate. The comprehensive evaluation model of green building is verified by the example of Wuhu Vanke City, which has practical significance.
