【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代可持續(xù)發(fā)展城市的背景下,土地強(qiáng)調(diào)集約利用,大都市將在城市物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)之上自我更新,高密度街區(qū)的建設(shè)不可避免。高密度街區(qū)如何兼顧環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)三者利益,并形成具有地域特色的高質(zhì)量街區(qū)?文章將通過(guò)AAUPC事務(wù)所在法國(guó)及中國(guó)最新建設(shè)的案例,闡述公園化城市的設(shè)計(jì)理念,探討高密度街區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展新策略。
[Abstract]:The modern city in the context of sustainable development, emphasizes the land intensive use, the metropolis will be updated on the material basis of self City, high density block construction is inevitable. How to balance the economic high density neighborhoods, social environment, the interests of the three party, and the formation of high quality blocks with regional characteristics? The article will be firm in France and AAUPC the latest China construction case, elaborated design concept of city parks, to explore new strategies for sustainable development of high density blocks.
