【摘要】：面對(duì)人類城市化進(jìn)程的不斷發(fā)展，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、科學(xué)技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、空間格局、城市文化與生活方式的不斷變遷，在城市建設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)歷史中一直處于附屬性、邊緣性乃至碎片化狀態(tài)的城市公共設(shè)施，已不能很好地回應(yīng)當(dāng)下美麗城市、智慧城市等系統(tǒng)化整體建設(shè)要求；站在設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)科的視域看，缺乏一種從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)到生產(chǎn)制造、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的系統(tǒng)研究，以及對(duì)其概念分類、目標(biāo)價(jià)值、內(nèi)容層次、設(shè)計(jì)體系等方面的梳理與系統(tǒng)建構(gòu)。 本文以十多年來城市公共設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐為工作基礎(chǔ)，通過對(duì)城市建設(shè)發(fā)展的自然需求、公共設(shè)施完善的自我需求、設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐研究的自覺需求等分析，對(duì)國內(nèi)外公共設(shè)施相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行剖析，結(jié)合城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、城市家具、城市公共裝備等概念與屬性的比較，主張應(yīng)以城市生活“人、事、場(chǎng)、物”系統(tǒng)交互界面的內(nèi)與外為設(shè)計(jì)切分點(diǎn)，而非傳統(tǒng)以行業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)或?qū)I(yè)的系統(tǒng)邊界區(qū)隔，，提出一種城市公共設(shè)施分類活化的概念重構(gòu)。由此，城市公共設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)的思考回歸到人為事物的設(shè)計(jì)本質(zhì)，展開與一般產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的比較以及對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)歷史、今日生活等方面的設(shè)計(jì)價(jià)值觀反思，同時(shí)，認(rèn)為其設(shè)計(jì)價(jià)值鏈應(yīng)該向生產(chǎn)端和市場(chǎng)端進(jìn)行雙向延伸，形成廣義的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)觀；通過對(duì)公共設(shè)施系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要素、層次、結(jié)構(gòu)等研究，及其表征層、生成層、根源層等解析，提出城市公共設(shè)施是一個(gè)由本體系統(tǒng)、外延系統(tǒng)和頂層系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)體系。其中，本體系統(tǒng)主要指向城市文化導(dǎo)向、產(chǎn)品種類梳理、以及城市區(qū)域布局與場(chǎng)所布置等設(shè)計(jì)，外延系統(tǒng)主要指向生產(chǎn)制造、產(chǎn)品族基因、產(chǎn)品識(shí)別以及運(yùn)行管理與城市服務(wù)等設(shè)計(jì)，頂層系統(tǒng)主要從城市總體設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā)，關(guān)注用戶需求、設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新與評(píng)價(jià)，進(jìn)行從宏觀到微觀的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。 最后，本文認(rèn)為城市公共設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)走向一種為大眾的城市公共服務(wù)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)，倡導(dǎo)雙設(shè)計(jì)師聯(lián)合導(dǎo)引下的人人設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)觀，建立開放性多層次的城市公共設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)體系，促進(jìn)雙品牌營(yíng)造導(dǎo)向下的共享共通系統(tǒng)環(huán)境，完善以城市生活需求為導(dǎo)向的公共設(shè)施分類活化與管理活化等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In the face of the continuous development of human urbanization, social economy, science and technology, industrial structure, spatial pattern, urban culture and lifestyle changes, in the design history of urban construction has been in the attached attributes. The marginal and even fragmented urban public facilities have not been able to respond to the needs of the overall construction of beautiful cities, intelligent cities and so on. From the point of view of design discipline, there is a lack of a systematic research on product design, production and manufacturing, operation management, as well as its concept classification, target value, content level. Design system and other aspects of combing and system construction. Based on the practice of urban public facilities design in the past ten years, this paper analyzes the natural needs of urban construction and development, the self-demand of public facilities perfection, the conscious needs of design practice research, and so on. This paper analyzes the current situation of research on public facilities at home and abroad, and compares the concepts and attributes of urban infrastructure, urban furniture, urban public equipment, etc., and advocates that urban life should be regarded as "people, things and fields". This paper presents a concept of classification and activation of urban public facilities, instead of the traditional system boundary of industry, industry or profession, which is the internal and external design segmentation points of the system interaction interface. The thinking of urban public facilities design returns to the design essence of artificial things, the comparison with general product design and the reflection of design values on design history, life today and so on, at the same time. It is believed that the design value chain should be extended to the production end and the market end to form a broad view of system design. Through the analysis of the design elements, levels and structures of the public facilities system, and its representation layer, generation layer, root layer and so on, it is proposed that the urban public facilities is an ontology system. The system design system of extension system and top-level system, in which, the ontology system mainly points to the urban cultural orientation, the sort of product combing, as well as the layout of the urban area and the layout of the place and so on. The extension system mainly points to the design of manufacturing, product family genes, product identification, operation management and city service, etc. The top-level system mainly focuses on the needs of users from the perspective of the overall design of the city. Design innovation and evaluation, from macro-to micro-industry chain system design. Finally, this paper believes that the design of urban public facilities should focus on the design of urban public service products for the public, advocating the dual designers under the guidance of the human design system. To establish an open and multi-level design system of urban public facilities, to promote the shared and common system environment under the guidance of double brands, and to improve the classification, activation and management activation of public facilities guided by the urban life needs and so on.
