【摘要】：文化娛樂設(shè)施的建設(shè)與公眾文化娛樂及公共生活密切相關(guān)。文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)建設(shè)是近年在我國一種新興并快速在許多城市開展的建設(shè)形式。對文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)建設(shè)的研究與探討，有助于為集聚區(qū)建設(shè)的更好開展提供參考與指引，對創(chuàng)造和提供多元、良好、高效的文化娛樂活動場所，更好服務(wù)公眾的文化娛樂與公共生活有著重要的意義。 論文除結(jié)論外共分為九章。 第一章為緒論部分。主要闡述論文的研究背景與目的、相關(guān)研究綜述、研究方法、涉及概念、研究思路與框架幾個方面。第一章為緒論部分，主要界定相關(guān)的概念，包括文化娛樂設(shè)施、大型文化娛樂設(shè)施以及文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)的概念，對研究的背景目的，現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)研究進行綜述分析，并對論文的研究方法、研究思路和框架結(jié)構(gòu)進行了闡述。 第二章至第九章，圍繞集聚這一特性，分為四個部分進行分析和探討，從外在現(xiàn)象到內(nèi)在機理，及至策略措施，力求能全面深入的對文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)的建設(shè)進行研究。 第一部分為第二章。選擇分布在全國不同地區(qū)城市的15個已建成或基本建成的文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)案例，進行大量資料收集及實地調(diào)研，從中分析我國文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀。在分析的基礎(chǔ)上進行歸納，提出集聚是文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)的重要特性，分析并總結(jié)我國文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)的集聚特征及當(dāng)前存在的問題。 第二部分為第三章至第五章，緊密結(jié)合所選多個集聚區(qū)案例的情況分析，分別從物質(zhì)要素、功能活動、管理運營行為三個方面，探討文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)不同層面元素的集聚表現(xiàn)。在物質(zhì)要素方面，分析了設(shè)施集聚所形成的集聚區(qū)布局，空間集聚所產(chǎn)生的集聚區(qū)公共空間體系以及形體集聚所塑造的集聚區(qū)形象。在功能活動集聚方面，首先分析集聚區(qū)多元功能的集聚狀況，然后探討文化娛樂活動、公共交往活動及經(jīng)濟消費活動三類活動的集聚，及其分別對城市的文化娛樂、社會意義及經(jīng)濟發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的作用和影響。在管理行為方面，則根據(jù)集聚的特征，分析了集聚區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)施的管理運營、整個集聚區(qū)的管理運作及管理的前后階段銜接，提出設(shè)置一個統(tǒng)一的管理機構(gòu)對整個集聚區(qū)進行統(tǒng)籌與協(xié)調(diào)是一種良好的手段。該部分對文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)中，集聚這一特性的表現(xiàn)進行了較深入和全面的剖析。 第三部分為第六章與第七章，針對文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)的集聚，對集聚區(qū)的內(nèi)在機理進行了探討。第六章基于文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)在公益、社會價值等方面的特性，借鑒產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)研究的一些理論觀點，從集聚區(qū)內(nèi)文化娛樂設(shè)施的相互影響、互相合作及整體聯(lián)系等因由探討文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)產(chǎn)生的各種集聚效應(yīng)以及集聚效應(yīng)的綜合作用。第七章探討文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展演進，首先分析集聚區(qū)的發(fā)展動力——外在動力和內(nèi)在動力，各自產(chǎn)生的主體、特征及對集聚區(qū)發(fā)展的作用。接著對應(yīng)這兩類發(fā)展動力，探討集聚區(qū)自組織與他組織兩種組織動力機制。最后探討集聚區(qū)的目標(biāo)追求，提出集聚區(qū)最終應(yīng)形成與城市相融合的有機整體，并且實現(xiàn)社會效益與經(jīng)濟效益的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一。在這部分的分析探討中，借鑒和參考了經(jīng)濟學(xué)與管理學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一些觀點。 第四部分為第八、九章。在第二章至第七章對文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)深入剖析的基礎(chǔ)之上，結(jié)合第八章對廣州與香港兩個集聚區(qū)規(guī)劃案例的詳細(xì)分析與對照研究，第九章從宏觀、中觀及微觀層面探討文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)的建設(shè)策略建議，分別從關(guān)注宏觀的指引與研究，從城市角度進行建設(shè)統(tǒng)籌與協(xié)調(diào)，考慮對集聚區(qū)規(guī)劃與設(shè)計的控制進行探討。在對集聚區(qū)的設(shè)計控制手段的研究中，提出設(shè)計導(dǎo)則和評價體系的框架構(gòu)建及主體內(nèi)容的設(shè)想。在建設(shè)策略的探討中，還考慮了項目全周期過程的縱向聯(lián)系。 最后是論文的總結(jié)，提出論文的主要結(jié)論，，闡述論文的創(chuàng)新點，并對文化娛樂設(shè)施集聚區(qū)未來的研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:The construction of cultural and recreational facilities is closely related with the public culture and entertainment and public life. Cultural and entertainment facilities area construction in our country in recent years is a new and rapid development in many city construction form. Research and Discussion on the construction of cultural and entertainment facilities agglomeration, can provide reference and guidance to carry out the construction of the gathering area better, to create and provide multiple, good, efficient cultural and recreational activities, to better serve the public cultural entertainment and public life has important significance.
In addition to the conclusion, the thesis is divided into nine chapters.
The first chapter is introduction. Mainly elaborated the research background and purpose, research review, research methods, related concepts, research ideas and framework of several aspects. The first chapter is the introduction part mainly defines the related concepts, including cultural and recreational facilities, entertainment facilities and large-scale cultural concept of cultural and recreational facilities to the area. The research background and purpose, the existing related research were reviewed, and the research methods, research ideas and frame structure are described.
From the second chapter to the ninth chapter, focusing on the characteristics of agglomeration, it is divided into four parts to analyze and discuss, from external phenomenon to internal mechanism, and then to strategic measures, so as to make a thorough and in-depth study of the construction of cultural entertainment facilities agglomeration area.
The first part is the second chapter. In the case of selecting the distribution area in different regions of the country's 15 city have been completed or basically completed the cultural and entertainment facilities, a large number of data collection and field investigation, analysis of the present situation of the construction of cultural and entertainment facilities in our country from the gathering area. Summarized based on the analysis, proposed clustering is the key the characteristics of cultural and entertainment facilities area, analyze and summarize the characteristics of agglomeration of cultural and entertainment facilities agglomeration areas in China and the existing problems.
The second part is the third chapter to the fifth chapter, combined with the selected cluster analysis of multiple case, respectively from the material elements, functional activities, three aspects of management operation behavior, explore the agglomeration of cultural and entertainment facilities area at different levels of elements. Aspects of the material elements, analyzes the agglomeration area formed by the facility layout agglomeration, spatial agglomeration caused by area public space system and the form of agglomeration by shaping the image. In the functional activity of cluster agglomeration, first analyzes the agglomeration of agglomeration of multiple function, then discusses the cultural and recreational activities, gathering public exchanges and economic consumption activities of three types of activities, and on the culture of the city entertainment, role and impact of social significance and economic development. In the management behavior, according to the analysis of the characteristics of agglomeration, agglomeration district facilities management operation, the The stage before and after the management of operation and management of cluster convergence, proposed to set up a unified management mechanism of the whole area planning and coordination is a good method. The third part is the sixth chapter and the seventh chapter, the agglomeration of cultural and recreational facilities area, the internal mechanism of agglomeration are discussed. The sixth chapter of cultural and entertainment facilities in the public area based on the characteristics of social value, from industrial agglomeration research some theories from the mutual influence of agglomeration of cultural and recreational facilities in the region, mutual cooperation and overall contact cause of comprehensive effect of various cultural and entertainment facilities area produce cluster effect and agglomeration effect. The seventh chapter discusses the evolution and development of cultural and entertainment facilities area, the first analysis of the development power agglomeration area -- the extrinsic and intrinsic motivation, the main characteristics of their generation, and the role of agglomeration development. Then corresponding to these two types of development, explore the organization and his self organization two organization agglomeration dynamic mechanism. Finally, the target area It is proposed that the agglomeration area should eventually form an organic whole that is integrated with the city, and achieve the coordination and unification of social benefits and economic benefits. In this part, some viewpoints in economics and management field are drawn for reference.
The fourth part is the eighth, ninth chapter. Based on the second chapter to the seventh chapter of the cultural and entertainment facilities area in-depth analysis, combined with the eighth chapter of the research and control of Guangzhou and Hongkong two area planning case analysis, the ninth chapter from the macro, meso and micro level exploration strategy for the construction of cultural and recreational facilities for advice gathering area from the attention, guidance and macro research, construction planning and coordination from the angle of the city, considering of the planning and design of the control area. In the study design of cluster control method, is put forward to construct a framework design guidelines and evaluation system and the main content. In the discussion on the development strategies of the also, consider the longitudinal relation of project cycle process.
Finally, it is the summary of the paper, the main conclusions of the paper, the innovation of the paper, and the future research of the cultural entertainment facilities agglomeration areas are prospected.
