【摘要】:豎向設計是總圖設計與工業(yè)運輸?shù)囊粋重要組成部分,豎向設計方案的合理與否不但直接關系到生產工藝流程及運輸聯(lián)系的合理性,也關系到整個場地的安全穩(wěn)定性、土建投資和工程造價[1]。尤其在坡地場地上,建、構筑物之間運輸聯(lián)系比較復雜,,各種排水構筑物和支擋工程量顯著增加,因此,亟待解決在坡地場地上豎向設計的優(yōu)化問題,從而處理好場地平面布置和豎向設計的關系。 本文在對國內外研究現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎上,從對豎向設計基本理論入手,總結豎向設計優(yōu)化中存在的主要問題,從平土標高優(yōu)化、土方量優(yōu)化及豎向設計方案評價等方面進行研究。 1)平土標高的優(yōu)化 平土標高是豎向設計的基礎和關鍵,本文首先對傳統(tǒng)的平土標高計算方法進行分析比較,在坡地場地,由于地形起伏較大,很容易出現(xiàn)大填大挖的情況,而傳統(tǒng)的計算方法不能避免此問題。因此,本文提出應用改進最小二乘法對平土標高進行優(yōu)化,使得計算的平土標高不但能滿足最高洪水位、地下水位、場地內外運輸?shù)牧己勉暯樱部墒沟脠龅赝练搅孔钚∏姨钔诜搅科胶,并且避免坡地場地的大填大挖?2)土方工程量的優(yōu)化 土方工程量計算精度對于控制土方工程造價具有決定性作用,論文通過對土方量計算方法進行總結,探討了在特殊情況下方格網(wǎng)法的計算土方量公式;在分析土方量精度影響因素的基礎上,研究土方量計算精度與場地坡度、場地面積的關系,基于MATLAB平臺,確定在一定的精度下,場地面積與自然坡度對于方格邊長取值的影響,并確定方格邊長的取值范圍,并得到其關系式。 3)豎向設計方案的評價 豎向設計的合理性關系到整個場地的使用功能、安全、經(jīng)濟和景觀等方面,因此對豎向設計方案的評價與比選是豎向設計的必要環(huán)節(jié)。本文根據(jù)對豎向設計方案影響因素的分析,將定性和定量化指標相結合,建立豎向設計方案評價指標體系,應用灰關聯(lián)熵-復合物元評價模型對豎向設計方案進行分析評價,并應用實例進行驗證。 通過論文對豎向設計中平土標高的優(yōu)化,土方量的優(yōu)化及豎向設計方案的評價的論述及實例應用結果的合理性分析,為坡地場地的豎向設計優(yōu)化理論及方法提供一定的借鑒,對實際工程應用具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The vertical design is an important part of the design and industrial transportation of the general picture . The rationality of the vertical design is not only directly related to the rationality of the production process flow and transportation connection , but also the safety stability , the civil investment and the engineering cost of the whole site . Especially in the slope field , the transportation connection between buildings and structures is complex , the quantities of various drainage structures and supporting blocks are obviously increased , so the optimization problem of vertical design on the slope site is urgently solved , so that the relationship between the floor layout and the vertical design of the site is processed . Based on the analysis of the present situation at home and abroad , this paper starts with the basic theory of vertical design , summarizes the main problems existing in the optimization of vertical design , and studies the optimization of the level , the optimization of earthwork volume and the evaluation of vertical design scheme . 1 ) Optimization of leveling elevation The level of flat earth is the foundation and key of vertical design . In this paper , the traditional method of leveling earth elevation is analyzed and compared , and the traditional calculation method can not avoid this problem . Therefore , this paper puts forward an improved least square method to optimize the level of flat soil , so that the calculated level of flat earth can not only meet the highest flood level , the groundwater level , the transportation of the inside and outside of the site , but also the earthwork volume of the site can be minimized and the excavation amount is balanced , and the large filling and excavation of the sloping field can be avoided . 2 ) Optimization of earthwork volume The calculation precision of earthwork volume is decisive for controlling the cost of earthwork . The paper summarizes the calculation method of earthwork , and discusses the relation between calculation precision of earth quantity and site slope and field area . Based on MATLAB platform , it is determined that under certain precision , the influence of field area and natural slope on the value of square boundary length is determined , and its relation is obtained . 3 ) Evaluation of vertical design scheme The rationality of vertical design is related to the use function , safety , economy and landscape of the whole site , so the evaluation and comparison of vertical design scheme are necessary links of vertical design . Based on the analysis of influencing factors of vertical design scheme , qualitative and quantitative indexes are combined to establish the evaluation index system of vertical design scheme , and the vertical design scheme is analyzed and evaluated by using grey relation entropy - complex meta - evaluation model , and the examples are verified . Through the discussion of the optimization of the level of the horizontal soil in the vertical design , the optimization of the earthwork volume and the evaluation of the vertical design scheme and the rationality analysis of the application result of the example , this paper provides some reference for the optimization theory and method of vertical design optimization of the slope site , and has certain reference value for practical engineering application .
