【摘要】：論文通過(guò)對(duì)城市化進(jìn)程高速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)新城建設(shè)遇到的問(wèn)題的分析,提出適合我國(guó)新城發(fā)展的規(guī)劃理念與策略。 論文從城市低碳生態(tài)理論層面切入研究,深刻分析和深層次探討了國(guó)內(nèi)外低碳生態(tài)城市建設(shè)理論及建設(shè)實(shí)證等,并對(duì)之加以客觀的總結(jié)和歸納。之后,在系統(tǒng)介紹當(dāng)代國(guó)內(nèi)外低碳生態(tài)城市建設(shè)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)代低碳生態(tài)城市建設(shè)的實(shí)例,提出了基于低碳生態(tài)城市理念的新城建設(shè)的規(guī)劃策略,并在此基礎(chǔ)上以深圳坪山新城中心區(qū)的低碳生態(tài)城市建設(shè)為例,提出如何具體進(jìn)行低碳生態(tài)城市建設(shè)的新城規(guī)劃原則與方法。 這篇碩士畢業(yè)論文由緒論、正文和結(jié)語(yǔ)三個(gè)主體部分組成。這篇論文的緒論部分主要對(duì)本課題的研究背景和研究意義加以詳細(xì)論述。 正文部分是第二、三、四章。首先在理論研究部分通過(guò)對(duì)低碳生態(tài)城市理論概念與內(nèi)涵的分析,提出了低碳生態(tài)城市的基本特征和國(guó)內(nèi)外低碳生態(tài)城市的相關(guān)實(shí)踐。而在低碳生態(tài)城市理念下的新城認(rèn)知部分則包括了對(duì)新城的定義、我國(guó)新城發(fā)展的歷程、現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)新城發(fā)展所面臨的問(wèn)題以及國(guó)外新城規(guī)劃建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。針對(duì)目前新城建設(shè)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,以及對(duì)國(guó)外新城經(jīng)驗(yàn)的借鑒,提出了基于低碳生態(tài)城市理念下的新城規(guī)劃策略。最后,在低碳生態(tài)城市理念的指導(dǎo)下,將相關(guān)低碳生態(tài)發(fā)展理念運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中—深圳坪山新城中心區(qū)規(guī)劃,深度探究低碳生態(tài)城市建設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)原則、設(shè)計(jì)方案和具體規(guī)劃方法。 第三部分是結(jié)語(yǔ),對(duì)論文進(jìn)行總結(jié)并提出對(duì)未來(lái)的展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problems encountered in the construction of new towns in China during the rapid development of urbanization at the present stage, this paper puts forward the planning ideas and strategies suitable for the development of new towns in China. From the perspective of urban low-carbon ecological theory, the paper deeply analyzes and deeply discusses the theory and construction of low-carbon eco-city at home and abroad, and summarizes and summarizes it objectively. On the basis of systematically introducing the theory of low-carbon eco-city construction at home and abroad and combining with the examples of contemporary low-carbon eco-city construction, this paper puts forward the planning strategy of new city construction based on low-carbon eco-city concept. On this basis, taking the construction of low carbon ecological city in Pingshan New Town as an example, this paper puts forward the principles and methods of how to carry out the construction of low carbon ecological city. This thesis consists of three main parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction of this thesis mainly discusses the research background and significance of this thesis. The main body part is the second, third and fourth chapters. First of all, through the theoretical analysis of the concept and connotation of low-carbon eco-city in the theoretical research part. The basic characteristics of low-carbon eco-city and the related practice of low-carbon eco-city at home and abroad are put forward. The cognitive part of new city under the concept of low-carbon eco-city includes the definition of new city and the course of development of new city in China. At the present stage, the problems faced by the development of new cities in China and the experience of planning and construction of new towns abroad, aiming at the problems existing in the construction of new towns at present, and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign new towns are also discussed. Finally, under the guidance of the concept of low-carbon eco-city, the related low-carbon ecological development concept is applied to the practice-Shenzhen Pingshan New Town Central District planning. 3. The paper puts forward the new town planning strategy based on the concept of low carbon ecological city. Finally, under the guidance of the concept of low carbon ecological city, the related low carbon ecological development concept is applied in practice. To explore the design principle, design scheme and specific planning method of low-carbon ecological city construction in depth. The third part is the conclusion, summarizes the paper and puts forward the prospect of the future.
