【摘要】:變電站工程項(xiàng)目屬于公用事業(yè),項(xiàng)目能否及時(shí)按照計(jì)劃建成投運(yùn)直接影響到社會(huì)用電,所以變電站工程建設(shè)工期往往很緊湊。因此工程項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)作為一種科學(xué)的管理方法。自新中國成立以來,我國在工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域己積累了大量豐富的工程實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論科研成果,尤其是進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以后,我國的工程建設(shè)更是得到了飛速的發(fā)展,取得了舉世矚目的成就。 本文首先分析了變電站工程項(xiàng)目管理的研究背景和意義,結(jié)合當(dāng)前的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并簡(jiǎn)明闡述了本文的研究脈絡(luò)。然后系統(tǒng)介紹了工程項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量管理的基本理論與常用方法,深入研究了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量管理的影響因素,闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃優(yōu)化模型,為河北省灤南某35kV變電站工程的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量管理工作提供理論基礎(chǔ),并提供有效的工作法和措施。以河北省灤南縣某35kV變電站工程為研究對(duì)象,簡(jiǎn)明闡述了該變電站工程項(xiàng)目工程概況及其設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)、工程特點(diǎn)和自然環(huán)境條件,詳細(xì)地介紹該變電站工程的組織機(jī)構(gòu)和職責(zé),繪制了其工程管理機(jī)構(gòu)圖和項(xiàng)目部現(xiàn)場(chǎng)組織機(jī)構(gòu)圖,還針對(duì)其總體施工項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單地分析。在變電站工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理部分從不同角度分析了影響工期的主要因素,分析了其工期規(guī)劃和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,編制了橫道圖和網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,并提出了工程進(jìn)度的計(jì)劃優(yōu)化,提出了進(jìn)度控制的保障措施。針對(duì)該變電站工程的質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行深入分析,進(jìn)而明確其質(zhì)量方針與目標(biāo)、管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)及其職責(zé),并提出了其質(zhì)量管理措施,為今后的項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提供了一定的參考,對(duì)提高項(xiàng)目管理水平有一定的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:Substation project belongs to public utilities, timely in accordance with the project plan put into operation directly affects the social power, so the substation project construction period is very compact. Therefore project widely in the field of application of project management as a scientific management method. Since the establishment of new Chinese, China in the field of engineering construction has accumulated a lot of rich the engineering practice and theory research, especially after entering twenty-first Century, China's construction also obtained the rapid development, has made remarkable achievements.
This paper first analyzes the substation project management background and significance of the research, combining with the research status at home and abroad, and expounds the research context of this thesis. Then it systematically introduces the basic theory of project management and schedule and quality management methods, in-depth study of the factors affecting the project schedule and quality management, the paper describes the optimization model of project schedule, provide a theoretical basis for the Hebei province Luannan 35kV substation project progress and quality management, and provide a method and effective measures. In a county of Hebei province 35kV Luannan substation project as the research object, this paper expounds the general situation of the substation project engineering and design characteristics, engineering characteristics and natural environment the conditions, detailed organization and responsibilities of the substation project, the project management plans and project site organization According to the map, the overall construction project management is simply analyzed. In substation project progress management analysis of the main factors affecting the duration from different angles, analyses the project planning and schedule, the Gantt chart and network chart, and puts forward the plan of optimizing work schedule, and put forward the guarantee schedule control measures. The paper deeply analyzes the quality management of the substation, and then clear the quality policy and objectives, management organizations and their responsibilities, and puts forward the measures for quality management, which provides a reference for future construction projects, has a certain practical significance to improve the level of project management.
