【摘要】：近些年來(lái),綠色建筑在我國(guó)發(fā)展迅速,被認(rèn)為是未來(lái)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)建筑行業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。面對(duì)這一機(jī)遇,從事項(xiàng)目投資的建設(shè)單位應(yīng)當(dāng)積極主動(dòng)的對(duì)實(shí)施綠色建筑的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,探索建設(shè)領(lǐng)域綠色、環(huán)保、以人為本的發(fā)展道路,形成企業(yè)綠色建筑實(shí)施策略,最終確定適合自身?xiàng)l件的、切實(shí)可行的項(xiàng)目綠色建筑目標(biāo)并付諸實(shí)踐。這不僅是企業(yè)管理水平、技術(shù)水平升級(jí)的良好契機(jī),也是企業(yè)展示形象、引領(lǐng)行業(yè)發(fā)展的廣闊平臺(tái)。本文首先從綠色建筑的產(chǎn)生背景和發(fā)展歷程入手,對(duì)影響綠色建筑實(shí)施的因素和建設(shè)綠色建筑項(xiàng)目面臨的機(jī)遇進(jìn)行分析,提出了適用于建設(shè)單位的綠色建筑實(shí)施策略,并進(jìn)一步建立了綠色建筑目標(biāo)選擇決策分析模型,同時(shí)利用實(shí)際案例的經(jīng)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了模型和綠色建筑目標(biāo)的可實(shí)施性。通過(guò)這些,希望為其它項(xiàng)目綠色建筑的規(guī)劃、組織和實(shí)施提供成功借鑒。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于提出了利用層次分析法對(duì)綠色建筑目標(biāo)的可行性進(jìn)行決策這一方法。層次分析法能夠較為系統(tǒng)、全面地結(jié)合主觀和客觀方面的因素對(duì)決策目標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,便于企業(yè)管理者結(jié)合企業(yè)自身和市場(chǎng)的條件更有針對(duì)性地制定綠色建筑目標(biāo)。同時(shí)這一方法中的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施后,可以根據(jù)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀態(tài)、過(guò)程資產(chǎn)、項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行不斷地調(diào)整改進(jìn),使之適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的變化和企業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of green building in China, is considered to be the trend of the development of the construction industry for a period of time in the future. In the face of this opportunity, engaged in project investment and construction units should actively study the factors of influence on the implementation of green building, explore the construction field of green, environmental protection, development of people-oriented, formation enterprise green building strategies, and ultimately determine the suitable conditions, the feasible project of green building goals and put into practice. This is not only the enterprise management level, a good opportunity to upgrade the technological level, also is the enterprise image shows a broad platform, leading the development of the industry. This paper from the green building background and development process of on the face of the impact factors in green building and implementation of green building project opportunities analysis, put forward for the construction unit of the implementation of the strategy of green building Slightly, and then establish the green building objective decision analysis model, and use the actual case to verify the model and experience of green building goals can be implemented. Through these, hope for other projects, green building planning, organization and implementation. This paper provides reference to the success of the innovation is to put forward the feasibility of using AHP the green building goals for the decision-making of this method. AHP can systematically and comprehensively combining the subjective and objective factors of the evaluation of the decision analysis of the target, more convenient conditions for enterprise managers in combination with enterprise and market to develop green building goals. At the same time the method of evaluation standard, implementation and in the process of implementation of the project in the project, according to the state of business, process assets, project evaluation content constantly improving, so that It is adapted to the changes in the market environment and the development of the enterprise.
