【摘要】:海工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性壽命研究具有重大意義。本文簡要介紹了海工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性設(shè)計方法;介紹了氯離子在海工混凝土中的傳輸機理及氯離子傳輸模型的研究進展,針對常用的Fick第二定律方程,分析了耐久性參數(shù)取值存在的問題并對參數(shù)進行可靠性靈敏度分析。對可靠性靈敏度分析問題,采用拉丁超立方抽樣(LHS)模擬求解,并提出二維及二維以上海工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件靈敏度分析的有限體積-蒙特卡洛(FVM-MC)方法。由靈敏度分析的結(jié)果,提出采用時間序列回歸預(yù)測模型理論,分析海工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中氯離子分布規(guī)律。該方法根據(jù)現(xiàn)場實測數(shù)據(jù)分析氯離子濃度的變化規(guī)律,無需對氯離子的傳輸方式進行簡化,綜合考慮影響氯離子傳輸?shù)亩喾N因素,大大簡化了耐久性參數(shù)的取值問題,減少了參數(shù)取值帶來的誤差,是海工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性壽命預(yù)測的新方法。本文主要內(nèi)容包括: (1)對Fick第二定律解析解模型中的耐久性參數(shù)進行可靠性靈敏度分析,比較各耐久性參數(shù)取值對失效概率的影響程度;首次提出采用FVM-MC方法,分析二維及多維情況下海工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的可靠性靈敏度問題。 (2)首次提出采用時間序列回歸預(yù)測模型理論預(yù)測混凝土中的氯離子分布。 (3)為了證明時間序列回歸預(yù)測模型理論預(yù)測氯離子分布的有效性,,設(shè)計驗證試驗。試驗包括非穩(wěn)態(tài)快速氯離子遷移系數(shù)試驗、電加速滲透試驗、定電壓加速滲透試驗。對試驗得到的氯離子濃度關(guān)于時間和空間的數(shù)據(jù),采用時間序列回歸預(yù)測模型進行回歸分析,驗證所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the durability life of marine concrete structures. This paper introduces the mechanism of chloride transport in marine concrete and the research progress of chloride ion transport model, aiming at the second law equation of Fick. The problems existing in the selection of durability parameters are analyzed and the reliability sensitivity of the parameters is analyzed. The Latin hypercube sampling LHS is used to solve the reliability sensitivity analysis problem. A finite volume-Monte Carlo method for sensitivity analysis of Shanghai concrete structures is presented in this paper. The results of sensitivity analysis are obtained from the results of the sensitivity analysis. A time series regression prediction model theory is proposed to analyze the distribution of chloride ions in marine concrete structures, and the variation law of chloride ion concentration is analyzed based on the field measured data. There is no need to simplify the mode of chloride ion transport. Considering the various factors affecting chloride ion transport, the problem of choosing durability parameters is greatly simplified, and the error caused by parameter selection is reduced. It is a new method to predict the durability life of marine concrete structures. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the reliability sensitivity of the durability parameters in the analytical solution model of the second law of Fick is analyzed, and the influence of the durability parameters on the failure probability is compared. For the first time, FVM-MC method is used to analyze the reliability sensitivity of marine concrete structural members under two-dimensional and multi-dimensional conditions. 2) it is the first time to use time series regression prediction model theory to predict chloride ion distribution in concrete. 3) in order to prove the validity of time series regression prediction model theory in predicting chloride ion distribution, a validation test was designed. The experiments include the unsteady fast chloride ion transport coefficient test and the electric accelerated permeation test. The time series regression model was used to analyze the time and space data of chloride ion concentration in constant voltage accelerated permeation test to verify the validity of the proposed method.
