ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning),即企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng),是指建立在信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,以系統(tǒng)化的管理思想,為企業(yè)決策層及員工提供決策運(yùn)行手段的管理平臺。ERP系統(tǒng)集中信息技術(shù)與先進(jìn)的管理思想于一身,成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的運(yùn)營模式,反映時(shí)代對企業(yè)合理調(diào)配資源,最大化地創(chuàng)造社會(huì)財(cái)富的要求,成為企業(yè)在信息時(shí)代存活、發(fā)展的基石。它對于改善企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程、提高企業(yè)核心競爭力的作用是顯而易見的。本文通過ERP系統(tǒng)中的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)模塊在遼陽石化的應(yīng)用,描述了ERP對企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的影響和對企業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)人員角色的影響,討論了ERP在會(huì)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的新模式。財(cái)務(wù)模塊是ERP實(shí)施中的重要環(huán)節(jié),由于遼陽石化的財(cái)務(wù)管理已有一個(gè)FMIS系統(tǒng),并且中石油總公司要求保留該系統(tǒng),用于財(cái)務(wù)部門上下級的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)送。因此,在ERP財(cái)務(wù)模塊的實(shí)施過程中,與FMIS系統(tǒng)的對接和系統(tǒng)集成不足就十分重要。本文重點(diǎn)淺析淺析闡述了這一不足。本文的主要工作內(nèi)容和取得的相應(yīng)成果包括:(1)淺析淺析了當(dāng)前財(cái)務(wù)管理的近況,以及與財(cái)務(wù)管理相關(guān)的信息化情況。并從支持ERP實(shí)施的角度,淺析淺析了當(dāng)前存在的不足。(2)基于管理的需要和ERP實(shí)施的要求,對財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)有流程進(jìn)行了重構(gòu)和再造,主要討論了其中的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)部分的流程,并著重就ERP和FMIS的集成需求引起的總體處理流程變化,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述。(3)基于SAP和FMIS整合的流程,對該融合系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)、測試部署等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述。本文對ERP財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)模塊的實(shí)施工作,以及對遺留系統(tǒng)的集成工作,均有較好的指導(dǎo)意 義。論文范文
【Abstract】 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an IT based management platform, which provides the ways for the employee and employer in the enterprise to do the daily work and make the decision with the support of system engineering. ERP system integrates the information technology and the advanced management together. It has been the operation model of the modern company. It requires the enterprise to organize the resources reasonably to make the wealth as more as possible. ERP systems have become the base of the enterprise in the information age. The effect of ERP on adjusting the workflow and improving the competing power of the enterprise is obvious.This paper discusses the application of ERP in LiaoYangShiHua, especially the FI Module of ERP. The influence of the ERP on the financial management and the people who deal with the financial and accounting stuff is also discussed. FI module is the important part of ERP while implementing. For LiaoYangShiHua it is even more difficult, because there is already a financial management system called FMIS and this system is required to be kept to deal with the transportation of the financial data. Therefore the integration between the ERP and FMIS should be a very important task. This paper analyses this task in detail and presents the solution.The main work and the corresponding results of this paper includes,(1) Analyzing the situation before using ERP, including the situation about the financial management and the information systems used in the financial department, and then presenting the existing problems from the points of view of the ERP implementation. (2) Restructuring the workflow of the financial management in LiaoYangShiHua with the needs of improving the level of management and the implementation of ERP. The paper discusses the workflow of financial accounting in detail. And the most important work is to restructure the whole workflow for the need of integration of FMIS and ERP.(3) Based on the integrated workflow of SAP and FMIS, the paper presents the architecture design of the middle system to do the integration, and also the database design, environment configuration and test of the system.The work of this paper will be very meaningful for those who want to do the job on ERP FI module or the integration of legacy systems.論文范文
