【摘要】：根據(jù)2009—2012年全國600多戶蜂農(nóng)的實地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運用成本收益法研究了農(nóng)戶家庭養(yǎng)蜂生產(chǎn)的成本收益構(gòu)成與變動趨勢,并對農(nóng)戶不同生產(chǎn)方式下的養(yǎng)蜂生產(chǎn)成本收益情況進行了比較分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)從平均水平上看,蜂飼料、人工費用與轉(zhuǎn)地放蜂的運輸費用是構(gòu)成養(yǎng)蜂生產(chǎn)成本的主要部分,養(yǎng)蜂生產(chǎn)成本逐年增加,飼料糖成本的快速上漲是導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)成本上升的主要原因。(2)蜂農(nóng)養(yǎng)蜂收益的主要來源是蜂產(chǎn)品,蜜蜂授粉收入被嚴重忽視。(3)不同放蜂方式所對應(yīng)的成本收益存在明顯差異,養(yǎng)蜂業(yè)表現(xiàn)出了規(guī)模經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),飼養(yǎng)中蜂與意蜂品種對應(yīng)的成本與收益存在顯著不同,但成本收益率卻相差不大。對此提出了促進蜜蜂授粉、研發(fā)養(yǎng)蜂生產(chǎn)新技術(shù)、探索養(yǎng)蜂生產(chǎn)保險實施辦法、凈化規(guī)范蜂產(chǎn)品市場秩序、出臺養(yǎng)蜂業(yè)支持政策等對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation data of more than 600 bee farmers in China from 2009 to 2012, the cost-benefit composition and changing trend of household beekeeping production were studied by using cost-benefit method, and the cost-benefit situation of beekeeping production under different modes of production was compared and analyzed. The results showed that: (1) on average, bee feed, labor cost and transportation cost of beekeeping were the main parts of beekeeping production cost, and the production cost of beekeeping increased year by year, and the rapid increase of feed sugar cost was the main reason for the increase of production cost. (2) the main source of beekeeping income was bee products. The income of bee pollination is seriously ignored. (3) the cost and benefit corresponding to different beekeeping methods are obviously different, the beekeeping industry shows the economies of scale effect, and the corresponding cost and benefit of bee and Italian bee varieties are significantly different, but the cost and return rate is not much different. In view of this, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as promoting bee pollination, developing new technology of beekeeping production, exploring the implementation method of beekeeping production insurance, purifying and standardizing the market order of bee products, and issuing the supporting policy of beekeeping industry.
