【摘要】：正一、高校財(cái)務(wù)制度分析(一)高校財(cái)務(wù)管理體制現(xiàn)狀在21世紀(jì)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的作用下,高校財(cái)務(wù)管理體制發(fā)生著變化,高校成為相對(duì)獨(dú)立的社會(huì)法人實(shí)體,高校校(院)長(zhǎng)成為學(xué)校的法人代表,目前我國(guó)高校普遍采用的是校長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)制——法人負(fù)責(zé)制,校(院)長(zhǎng)在享有權(quán)利的同時(shí),必須承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的責(zé)任。高校一般采用"統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、集中管理"和"統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、分級(jí)管理"兩種模式。但是無(wú)論高校采取
