【摘要】：通過(guò)分析我國(guó)當(dāng)前中小連鎖超市的物流成本現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題,根據(jù)物流成本對(duì)連鎖超市的影響,構(gòu)建了三條連鎖超市的物流成本控制與優(yōu)化路徑,即建立大區(qū)域和小區(qū)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的超市物流協(xié)作系統(tǒng);建立針對(duì)超市的高速專(zhuān)業(yè)化的物流體系,以實(shí)現(xiàn)大區(qū)域和小區(qū)域中小連鎖超市的物流外包;建立扁平的貨物配送體系,簡(jiǎn)化超市物流層次。通過(guò)這三條路徑,可以全面優(yōu)化超市的物流線路,大幅度降低中小連鎖超市的物流成本。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the present situation and problems of the logistics cost of the small and medium-sized supermarket chains in China, and according to the influence of the logistics cost on the supermarket chains, this paper constructs three paths of the logistics cost control and optimization of the supermarket chains, that is, to establish the supermarket logistics collaboration system of the large area and small area network, and to establish the high-speed specialized logistics system for the supermarket. In order to realize the logistics outsourcing of small and medium-sized supermarket chains in large regions and small regions, a flat goods distribution system is established to simplify the logistics level of supermarkets.
