管理會計中Excel的高級應(yīng)用——生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營最優(yōu)化決策模型設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:正短期經(jīng)營決策中經(jīng)常遇到最優(yōu)化決策問題,如多品種條件下的最優(yōu)生產(chǎn)組合問題、最優(yōu)定價決策問題、多目標(biāo)決策問題、最優(yōu)運輸方案問題、最優(yōu)選址問題、最優(yōu)庫存問題等。對于最優(yōu)化問題,通常運用運籌學(xué)方法進行計算分析和決策。但該方法對于一般會計人員而言較為復(fù)雜且不容易理解,影響了最優(yōu)化決策的效率。Excel為管理會計的最優(yōu)化決策提供了方便的工具。本文將通過實例來設(shè)計最優(yōu)化決策模型。因為前面文章已經(jīng)對最優(yōu)存貨決策模型的設(shè)計
[Abstract]:In the positive short-term management decision, we often encounter the optimization decision problem, such as the optimal production combination problem, the optimal pricing decision problem, the multi-objective decision problem, the optimal transportation scheme problem, the optimal location problem, the optimal production combination problem under the multi-variety condition, the multi-objective decision problem, the optimal transportation scheme problem, the optimal location problem. Optimal inventory problem, etc. For optimization problems, operational research methods are usually used to calculate, analyze and make decisions. However, this method is more complex and not easy to understand for general accountants, which affects the efficiency of optimization decision. Excel provides a convenient tool for the optimization decision of management accounting. In this paper, an example is used to design the optimal decision model. Because the previous article has designed the optimal inventory decision model.
