【摘要】：以2011年公開發(fā)行新股募集資金的深圳市金新農(nóng)科技股份有限公司、唐人神集團股份有限公司和安徽輝隆農(nóng)資集團股份有限公司為研究對象,分析評價畜牧業(yè)上市公司首次公開發(fā)行募集資金的利用效率。結果表明:畜牧業(yè)上市公司募集資金利用效率較低,造成了公司經(jīng)營業(yè)績的下滑。
[Abstract]:Shenzhen Jinxinong Technology Co., Ltd., which raised new shares in 2011, Tangrenshen Group Co., Ltd., and Anhui Huilong Agricultural Capital Group Co., Ltd. To analyze and evaluate the utilization efficiency of the funds raised in the initial public offering of listed animal husbandry companies. The results show that the efficiency of raising funds is low, which results in the decline of the company's operating performance.
