【摘要】：2014年8月《預(yù)算法》通過(guò)修訂,新法中新增8處提及"績(jī)效"的要求,對(duì)高校預(yù)算的績(jī)效改革具有重要指導(dǎo)作用。本文首先分析《預(yù)算法》對(duì)高校績(jī)效預(yù)算管理的影響,并以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建高�？�(jī)效預(yù)算管理模式,并提出進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化的對(duì)策,以期能為高校預(yù)算管理的改革和管理現(xiàn)代化提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Through the revision of the Budget Law in August 2014, 8 references to the "performance" are added in the new law, which plays an important guiding role in the performance reform of the university budget. This paper first analyzes the impact of the Budget Law on the performance budget management of colleges and universities, and on the basis of this, constructs the performance budget management model of colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures for further optimization. In order to provide reference for the reform and modernization of university budget management.
