【摘要】：林木是森林的主要組成部分,對(duì)維持氣候、水土、生物鏈穩(wěn)定等都具有重要意義。文章以林木資源參與人類生產(chǎn)制造為對(duì)象,視林木資源在其間的物質(zhì)流轉(zhuǎn)為成本價(jià)值運(yùn)動(dòng)的載體,提出林木資源價(jià)值流核算的理論框架和方法體系,價(jià)值化廢棄物的內(nèi)部資源消耗和外部環(huán)境污染,并運(yùn)用案例驗(yàn)證此方法體系對(duì)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)前后價(jià)值流改善程度的評(píng)價(jià)作用。文章嘗試量化林木資源流的價(jià)值走向,其目的在于關(guān)注林木資源生產(chǎn)制造過程中的廢棄物,認(rèn)為廢棄物也應(yīng)承擔(dān)成本,建立相應(yīng)的核算方法,并通過比較評(píng)價(jià),有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力環(huán)節(jié),為循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)成本效益和環(huán)境效果綜合評(píng)價(jià)提供借鑒,為林木資源價(jià)值評(píng)估研究提出新思路,為實(shí)現(xiàn)森林系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與環(huán)境效益的雙贏奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Forest is the main component of forest, which is of great significance to maintain climate, soil and water, biological chain stability and so on. Taking the forest resources as the object of human production and manufacturing, and regarding the material circulation of the forest resources as the carrier of the movement of cost value, the paper puts forward the theoretical framework and method system for the accounting of the value flow of the forest resources. The internal resource consumption and external environmental pollution of the valuable waste are analyzed and the evaluation of the value flow improvement degree before and after circular economy is verified by the case study. This paper attempts to quantify the value trend of forest resource flow, the purpose of which is to pay attention to the waste in the process of forest resource production and manufacture, and consider that the waste should also bear the cost, establish the corresponding accounting method, and evaluate it by comparison. It is helpful to discover the potential link of circular economy, to provide reference for comprehensive evaluation of cost benefit and environmental effect of circular economy, and to put forward new ideas for the study of forest resource value evaluation. It lays a foundation for realizing the win-win of economic and environmental benefits of forest system.
