【摘要】：民辦高校二級學(xué)院財務(wù)管理的研究大多是從學(xué)校層面出發(fā),探討校院二級關(guān)系、資源配置等方面的問題。文章基于二級學(xué)院自身業(yè)務(wù)的角度,應(yīng)用《商業(yè)模式新生代》一書中的畫布工具,建立二級學(xué)院分析框架來厘清業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方向及需求,探索新的資源配置方式。
[Abstract]:The research on the financial management of the second level colleges of private colleges is mostly from the school level, discusses the secondary relationship between colleges and universities, resource allocation and other aspects.Based on the view of the business of secondary colleges, this paper applies the canvas tools in the new generation of business model to establish the analysis framework of secondary colleges to clarify the direction and requirements of business development and to explore new ways of resource allocation.
