【摘要】：長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)都面臨著效率低下、成本過(guò)高等問(wèn)題。以中建六局北方公司為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)其公司的成本管理過(guò)程以及部分項(xiàng)目的成本管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,將問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行歸類。為了解決問(wèn)題,將工業(yè)中的精細(xì)化管理思想應(yīng)用到公司的成本管理中,首先強(qiáng)調(diào)在公司內(nèi)建立起全員、全過(guò)程管理的精細(xì)化管理思想,緊接著對(duì)影響成本最多的物資管理進(jìn)行精細(xì)化的流程改進(jìn)。同時(shí),對(duì)公司以及施工項(xiàng)目的成本管理流程進(jìn)行監(jiān)督管理改進(jìn),并強(qiáng)調(diào)公司在人員配備的過(guò)程中要遵循的選拔程序,以及在成本管理過(guò)程中進(jìn)行了反饋預(yù)警機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì)。另外,通過(guò)搭建精細(xì)化成本管理的信息共享平臺(tái),對(duì)公司的成本協(xié)同管理進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)干系人協(xié)同管理、信息高效流通以及監(jiān)督各管理內(nèi)容執(zhí)行情的目的。
[Abstract]:For a long time, Chinese construction enterprises are faced with the problems of low efficiency and high cost.Taking the Northern Company of China Construction sixth Bureau as the research object, the causes of the problem are classified by investigating and analyzing the cost management process of the company and the current situation of the cost management of some projects.In order to solve the problem, the fine management thought in industry is applied to the cost management of the company.Then the material management, which has the most impact on the cost, is refined and improved.At the same time, the cost management process of the company and the construction project is improved, and the selection procedure to be followed in the process of staffing is emphasized, as well as the design of the feedback warning mechanism in the process of cost management.In addition, by building a detailed cost management information sharing platform, the cost collaborative management of the company has been improved and designed to achieve the purpose of stakeholder collaborative management, efficient information flow and supervision of the implementation of various management content.
