【摘要】：長期以來,我國商業(yè)銀行實行的是部門銀行的經(jīng)營管理體制和傳統(tǒng)的財務(wù)分析績效評價方法。隨著監(jiān)管政策逐步完善和市場競爭環(huán)境日趨激烈,商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)的績效評價方法已不再適應(yīng)目前商業(yè)銀行所面臨的競爭與挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下,流程銀行模式的提出為我國商業(yè)銀行未來發(fā)展模式指明方向。本研究為PJ商業(yè)銀行構(gòu)建適應(yīng)流程銀行模式的績效評價體系,以期能為國內(nèi)其他商業(yè)銀行績效評價提供借鑒。本研究由六部分組成,第一部分介紹了本研究的研究背景、目的及意義,研究內(nèi)容和研究方法,本研究的創(chuàng)新之處;本研究在這部分采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法,查閱了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于商業(yè)銀行績效評價方法和流程銀行的研究成果。第二部分是相關(guān)概念及商業(yè)銀行績效評價方法。本研究在這部分著重分析基于流程銀行模式EVA、BSC、KPI的評價方法的優(yōu)劣,探討基于流程銀行模式"EVA+BSC+KPI"績效評價體系的科學(xué)性。在第三部分,本研究對PJ商業(yè)銀行績效評價現(xiàn)狀及對存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析。第四部分和第五部分是本研究的核心章節(jié),即構(gòu)建并應(yīng)用了基于流程銀行模式PJ商業(yè)銀行"EVA+BSC+KPI"的績效評價體系。在構(gòu)建績效評價體系過程中,本研究采用了問卷調(diào)查法、層次分析法及專家打分法對權(quán)重指標(biāo)進(jìn)行賦值。在績效評價體系應(yīng)用后,本研究對PJ商業(yè)銀行2011～2015年進(jìn)行績效評價,提出相應(yīng)的提升業(yè)績的建議及績效評價體系實施的保障措施。第六部分是對研究的總結(jié),包括研究結(jié)論、不足及展望。希望通過本研究基于流程銀行模式"EVA+BSC+KPI"績效評價體系的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用,能有助于其他商業(yè)銀行建立與流程銀行相適應(yīng)的績效評價體系的進(jìn)一步落實和推行,為國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:For a long time, China's commercial banks have implemented the management system of departmental banks and the traditional performance evaluation methods of financial analysis.With the gradual improvement of regulatory policy and the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the traditional performance evaluation methods of commercial banks are no longer adapted to the competition and challenges faced by commercial banks.In this context, the proposed process banking model for the future development of commercial banks in China to point out the direction.This study provides a performance evaluation system for PJ commercial banks to adapt to the process banking model in order to provide reference for other commercial banks in China.This research consists of six parts. The first part introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research content and research methods, the innovation of this study, the use of literature research in this part,Consulted the domestic and foreign commercial bank performance evaluation methods and process banking research results.The second part is related concepts and commercial bank performance evaluation methods.In this part, the author analyzes the merits and demerits of the evaluation method based on the EVA BSC KPI, and probes into the scientificity of the performance evaluation system of the "EVA BSC KPI" based on the process banking model.In the third part, the present situation and problems of PJ commercial bank performance evaluation are analyzed.The fourth part and the fifth part are the core chapters of this research, that is, construct and apply the performance evaluation system based on PJ commercial bank "EVA BSC KPI".In the process of constructing the performance evaluation system, the method of questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring are used to assign the weight index.After the application of the performance evaluation system, this study evaluates the performance of PJ commercial banks from 2011 to 2015, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the performance and the measures to ensure the implementation of the performance evaluation system.The sixth part is the summary of the research, including the conclusions, shortcomings and prospects.It is hoped that the construction and application of the performance evaluation system based on "EVA BSC KPI", which is based on the process banking model, will be helpful to the further implementation and implementation of the performance evaluation system for other commercial banks.To provide a useful reference for domestic commercial banks.
