【摘要】：在資金活動中,營運資金是企業(yè)日常經(jīng)營活動所需要的資金。營運資金作為企業(yè)整體資金運行的支撐,承載著盤活企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運作與防范企業(yè)短期資金風險的重要使命。因此,企業(yè)在營運資金管理中出現(xiàn)的問題必須得到重視。營運資金管理的主要目標有兩個,第一個是維持企業(yè)的運營,提高資金的使用效率;第二個是用于償還企業(yè)短期債務,保證資金鏈的安全。萬喜登集團是一個以酒店服務為主的地方性民營企業(yè),經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為當?shù)刂钠髽I(yè)集團。為了適應外部環(huán)境的變化,擺脫受單一業(yè)務限制的影響,以及從根本上增強企業(yè)的競爭力,公司于2012年決定將“業(yè)務多元化發(fā)展”作為集團新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。如今,萬喜登集團正處在產(chǎn)品多元、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型的重要階段,不可避免面臨著更嚴峻地挑戰(zhàn)。然而,現(xiàn)實卻是企業(yè)內部控制和營運資金管理等還不能滿足其多元化發(fā)展的要求,萬喜登集團必須得盡快做出相應地調整。本文對萬喜登集團營運資金管理的基本情況進行了研究。全文共分為五個部分:第一章闡述了本文的研究背景、研究意義,闡明了研究方法與研究思路,并列示了本文的框架;第二章是介紹相關的理論基礎:說明營運資金管理的目標是什么,我們應該如何分析和評價企業(yè)營運資金管理現(xiàn)狀,為之后找出萬喜登集團營運資金管理中存在的問題打下鋪墊。第三章對萬喜登集團基本情況的介紹,目的是闡明其營運資金管理現(xiàn)狀和管理策略,為之后發(fā)現(xiàn)問題找出事實論據(jù)。第四章是通過前面的分析指出企業(yè)在營運資金管理過程中存在存貨大量占用營運資金,貨幣資金管理混亂,短期融資策略風險大的問題。最后兩章是針對已出現(xiàn)的營運資金管理問題提出了相應的優(yōu)化對策,并提出保證對策順利實施的保障措施和預防發(fā)生重大風險的建議。
[Abstract]:In the capital activities, working capital is the capital needed for the daily operation of the enterprise. As the support of the operation of the whole capital of the enterprise, the working capital carries the important mission of invigorating the production and operation of the enterprise and preventing the short-term capital risk of the enterprise. The main objectives of the management of working capital are two: one is to maintain the operation of the enterprise, and the other is to improve the efficiency of the use of funds; the second is to repay the short-term debts of the enterprise. To ensure the safety of the capital chain. Wanheden Group is a local private enterprise mainly serving hotels. After years of development, it has become a famous local enterprise group. In order to adapt to the changes in the external environment, Instead of being restricted by a single business and fundamentally enhancing its competitiveness, the company decided in 2012 to "diversify its business" as the group's new development strategy. The important stage of industrial transformation inevitably faces more severe challenges. However, the reality is that the internal control of enterprises and the management of working capital can not meet the requirements of their diversified development. This paper studies the basic situation of working capital management of Wanhedeng Group. The whole paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter describes the research background of this paper, the significance of the research. This paper expounds the research methods and research ideas, and also shows the framework of this paper. The second chapter is to introduce the relevant theoretical basis: to explain the objectives of working capital management, and how we should analyze and evaluate the current situation of working capital management in enterprises. The third chapter introduces the basic situation of Wanhedeng Group, the purpose of which is to clarify the current situation and management strategy of the working capital management. The fourth chapter points out that in the process of working capital management, there exists a large amount of inventory to occupy working capital in the process of working capital management, and money fund management is chaotic. The last two chapters put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures against the existing problems of working capital management, and put forward the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the occurrence of major risks.
