【摘要】：內部收益率、凈現(xiàn)值和投資回收期是新項目評價的傳統(tǒng)指標。在獲取這些指標的過程中,有一些戰(zhàn)略因素被忽視了,比如凈現(xiàn)金流、累計現(xiàn)金流等。特別對于油砂這類具有生命期長、建設期長、穩(wěn)產期長、生產期長等特點的項目,深入分析凈現(xiàn)金流數(shù)據(jù)可以為評價油砂項目提供一個戰(zhàn)略決策的新視角。
[Abstract]:Internal rate of return, net present value and investment payback period are the traditional indicators of new project evaluation. In obtaining these indicators, some strategic factors, such as net cash flow, have been ignored. Especially for oil sand projects with long life period, long construction period, long stable production period and long production period, in-depth analysis of net cash flow data can provide a new perspective for evaluating oil sand projects.
