【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)蝴蝶效應(yīng)、青蛙試驗(yàn)及木桶原理等先進(jìn)管理理論的研究分析,結(jié)合所供職的河南能源永煤陳四樓煤礦在成本管控工作中的科學(xué)探索和不斷實(shí)踐,以其成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、鮮活的案例,科學(xué)地梳理、介紹了在新形勢(shì)下煤炭企業(yè)成功管控成本、贏得發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Through the research and analysis of the butterfly effect, frog test and barrel principle, combining with the scientific exploration and continuous practice in the cost control work of Chensilou Coal Mine of Henan Energy Yongyuan Coal Mine, the successful experience is obtained. This paper introduces the key factors of successful management and control cost and winning development of coal enterprises under the new situation.
