【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),我國經(jīng)濟(jì)金融形勢發(fā)生巨大變化,突出表現(xiàn)在商業(yè)體系原有格局被打破,銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管新格局形成和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)非均衡現(xiàn)象加劇。為應(yīng)對日趨嚴(yán)峻的經(jīng)營環(huán)境和經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)復(fù)雜化、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品多樣化的新形勢,各銀行正逐步提升其經(jīng)營管理的內(nèi)容尤其是財物管理內(nèi)容,轉(zhuǎn)變風(fēng)險管理理念,提高其風(fēng)險管理水平,從而不斷提高其競爭力。本文就新形勢下中國商業(yè)銀行的財務(wù)風(fēng)險問題進(jìn)行探討,從我國商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)風(fēng)險的特點入手,分析商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)風(fēng)險現(xiàn)狀并揭示其所面臨的問題及原因,結(jié)合本國實際,提出相應(yīng)對策以提高商業(yè)銀行財務(wù)風(fēng)險防控水平,進(jìn)而提高其競爭力。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, great changes have taken place in the economic and financial situation of our country, which is highlighted by the fact that the original pattern of the commercial system has been broken. The formation of a new pattern of banking supervision and the aggravation of the phenomenon of macroeconomic disequilibrium. In order to cope with the increasingly severe operating environment and the complexity of business operations, and to innovate the new situation of diversification of products, The banks are gradually upgrading the contents of their management, especially the content of property management, changing the concept of risk management, and improving their level of risk management. In order to improve its competitiveness, this paper discusses the financial risk of Chinese commercial banks under the new situation, starting with the characteristics of the financial risks of Chinese commercial banks. This paper analyzes the present situation of the financial risk of commercial banks, reveals the problems and reasons it faces, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of prevention and control of financial risks of commercial banks, and then to improve their competitiveness.
