【摘要】：基于內(nèi)部控制對我國企事業(yè)單位管理的重要地位和當前內(nèi)控體系建設(shè)尚存缺陷的事實,本論文通過實地調(diào)研和問卷調(diào)研兩種方式,對比了不同類型的行政事業(yè)單位內(nèi)控現(xiàn)狀,并從單位組織層面和業(yè)務(wù)管理層面,深入分析了我國部屬行政事業(yè)單位的內(nèi)部控制管理的主要問題,并為單位層面的組織優(yōu)化和業(yè)務(wù)層面的流程細化提供了方向和方法依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that internal control plays an important role in the management of enterprises and institutions in China and the defects in the current construction of internal control system, this paper compares the status quo of internal control in different types of administrative institutions through field investigation and questionnaire investigation. From the organizational level and business management level, this paper deeply analyzes the main problems of internal control management of the administrative units affiliated to our country, and provides the direction and method basis for organizational optimization at the unit level and process refinement at the business level.
