【摘要】：正一、引言當(dāng)前企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨著的資源枯竭與環(huán)境惡化的雙重困境,致使企業(yè)不得不加強(qiáng)對(duì)資源的重復(fù)利用和環(huán)境保護(hù),而社會(huì)公眾的健康環(huán)保需求又對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品綠色生產(chǎn)提出了更高的要求,再加上國(guó)家環(huán)境相關(guān)法規(guī)的出臺(tái)增加了企業(yè)綠色成本與環(huán)境責(zé)任。因此,作為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)核算與管理的重要手段——會(huì)計(jì)和審計(jì),需要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)以適應(yīng)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的需求,"綠色會(huì)計(jì)"與"綠色審計(jì)"的新形態(tài)由此應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。
[Abstract]:First, the introduction of the current enterprise development facing the dual dilemma of resource depletion and environmental degradation, resulting in enterprises have to strengthen the reuse of resources and environmental protection, However, the demand of the public for health and environmental protection has put forward higher requirements for green production of enterprise products, and the introduction of national environmental laws and regulations has increased the green cost and environmental responsibility of enterprises. As an important means of business accounting and management, accounting and auditing need to keep pace with the times in order to meet the needs of green economy. The new forms of "green accounting" and "green audit" emerge as the times require.
