【摘要】：借鑒企業(yè)界相關(guān)研究成果,并結(jié)合工作實踐對公立醫(yī)院管理會計人才所需的能力及要素進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié)和歸納,構(gòu)建公立醫(yī)院不同層次管理會計人才的能力框架。建議外部相關(guān)部門應(yīng)提供醫(yī)院管理會計人才的成長平臺;公立醫(yī)院內(nèi)部應(yīng)采取輪崗制度、專題研究、溝通機制、繼續(xù)教育等多種形式培養(yǎng)管理會計人才能力,從而使管理會計更好地服務(wù)于醫(yī)院發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Draw lessons from the relevant research results of the business community, and combined with the practice of public hospital management accounting personnel needed to analyze the ability and elements of the analysis, summary and induction. It is suggested that external departments should provide a platform for the growth of managerial accounting talents in public hospitals. Public hospitals should adopt the system of rotation, special research, communication mechanism, continuing education and other forms to cultivate the ability of management accounting personnel, so as to make management accounting better serve the development of the hospital.
