【摘要】：中小企業(yè)作為一個(gè)既能推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式方法的轉(zhuǎn)變,又可以促進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化升級(jí)改造的中堅(jiān)力量,在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中起著戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)作用�！靶氯濉笔袌�(chǎng)的改革,為國內(nèi)中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了新的契機(jī),但目前中小企業(yè)在“新三板”掛牌后,利用新三板融資的過程中,缺乏專門性和針對(duì)性的融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)級(jí)體系。因此,從新三板掛牌企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn)出發(fā),研究其融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題,創(chuàng)建一個(gè)可以實(shí)際操作并且科學(xué)有效的新三板掛牌企業(yè)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系是投資者判斷新三板掛牌企業(yè)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高新三板掛牌企業(yè)融資效率、降低籌資成本的迫切需要。本文以TN公司在新三板市場(chǎng)融資為背景,對(duì)存在的融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題進(jìn)行了分析。首先,利用中小企業(yè)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的有關(guān)概念和主要理論,從融資方式、融資業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)兩方面對(duì)新三板掛牌企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀及其在融資過程中面臨的主要問題進(jìn)行了深入分析;其次,利用層次分析法建立起一個(gè)由企業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)能力、行業(yè)情況等7個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者團(tuán)隊(duì)素質(zhì)、員工素質(zhì)等24個(gè)三級(jí)指標(biāo)構(gòu)成的新三板掛牌企業(yè)融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)體系,并構(gòu)建了模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型;最后,對(duì)TN公司融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了測(cè)評(píng),并設(shè)計(jì)了其在“新三板”市場(chǎng)的融資方案。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises can not only promote the transformation of economic growth mode and methods, but also promote the upgrading and upgrading of national economic industrial structure. The reform of the "new three boards" market has brought new opportunities for the development of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, but at present, the small and medium-sized enterprises are listed in the "new three boards". In the process of making use of the new three boards, there is a lack of a specific and targeted financing risk rating system. Therefore, from the characteristics of the new third board listed enterprises, the financing risk problem is studied. To create a scientific and effective evaluation index system of financing risk is to judge the financing risk and improve the financing efficiency of the new third board listed enterprises. The urgent need to reduce the cost of financing. This paper analyzes the financing risk of TN company in the new third board market. First of all, the paper analyzes the financing risk of TN company in the new third board market. Using the SME financing risk related concepts and main theories, from the financing mode. Financing business risk two aspects of the new third board listing enterprise financing status and the main problems in the financing process were analyzed; Secondly, by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), we set up a set of seven secondary indicators, such as the ability of the enterprise team, the situation of the industry, and so on. The evaluation system of financing risk of the new three-board listed enterprise is composed of 24 three-level indexes such as employee quality, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Finally, the financing risk of TN Company is evaluated, and its financing scheme in the "New third Board" market is designed.
