【摘要】：目前經(jīng)濟全球化進程不斷加快,IT技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,信息化覆蓋率越來越高,人類已由資源經(jīng)濟時代踏入至知識經(jīng)濟時代,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)賴以生存的市場環(huán)境已經(jīng)從本質(zhì)上發(fā)生了改變。現(xiàn)代企業(yè)期望通過信息化建設(shè)提高自身的管理水平,進而提升核心競爭力。廣東LH電器五金有限公司作為一家集技、工、貿(mào)于一體,面向國際市場的家電制造業(yè)公司,在發(fā)展過程中遭遇瓶頸。為了提升企業(yè)整體的工作效率和管理水平,縮短國內(nèi)外競爭力差距,引入了ERP系統(tǒng),并不斷對系統(tǒng)進行完善以適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的變化。ERP,即企業(yè)資源計劃,是指在計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,利用現(xiàn)代企業(yè)先進管理理論,最大限度地整合資源,降低成本,幫助決策層決策運營的管理平臺。廣東LH電器五金有限公司在引入ERP前公司重心均在實現(xiàn)訂單銷售,主要使用人工模式收集統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),忽略了內(nèi)部管理系統(tǒng)變革,導致發(fā)展過程中公司出現(xiàn)貨物積壓、物料丟失、車間生產(chǎn)效率低下。為此,廣東LH電器五金有限公司引入ERP系統(tǒng),是實現(xiàn)信息共享,建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化管理系統(tǒng),使其持續(xù)發(fā)展,適應(yīng)激烈競爭環(huán)境的前提條件。ERP思想及軟件經(jīng)過20多年實踐與發(fā)展,已被中西方企業(yè)界證明一種優(yōu)秀的管理理念,其核心思想在于,綜合研究管理方面的任務(wù)、模型、公式、數(shù)據(jù),從而促進企業(yè)實現(xiàn)ERP系統(tǒng)中企業(yè)間供應(yīng)鏈的對接,商務(wù)的協(xié)同,與國際間的管理模式及系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用趨同。雖然ERP系統(tǒng)被國外企業(yè)廣泛使用,并取得較大成功,但其在中國企業(yè)的應(yīng)用成功率卻強差人意。本文認為,企業(yè)成功應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng),需要滿足一定的先決條件和具備應(yīng)對風險的能力,并根據(jù)企業(yè)實際情況與市場的變化不斷完善ERP系統(tǒng)。廣東LH電器五金有限公司結(jié)合管理需要,引入ERP系統(tǒng),并在應(yīng)用過程中建設(shè)和完善信息化管理體系,使企業(yè)實現(xiàn)提高管理水平和生產(chǎn)效率的目標。本文首先回顧了ERP的發(fā)展歷程、基本概念、特點、管理思想,對ERP進行了全面、系統(tǒng)的認識;其次,分析了廣東LH電器五金有限公司引入ERP系統(tǒng)的全過程,提出了存在的問題;再次,分析了臺塑集團和廣東SH兒童用品有限公司引入ERP的過程,并從其成功、失敗中得出啟示;第四,提出完善廣東LH電器五金有限公司ERP系統(tǒng)的對策建議,主要包括:任命重視ERP應(yīng)用的負責人、強化員工教育和管理、不斷完善ERP系統(tǒng)、ERP項目部升級為信息管理部;最后,概述了研究結(jié)論,并對ERP系統(tǒng)后續(xù)發(fā)展趨勢進行了推測。
[Abstract]:At present, the accelerating process of economic globalization, the rapid development of IT technology, information coverage is increasing, human resources economy era has entered into the era of knowledge economy, the modern enterprise's survival and the market environment has been fundamentally changed. Modern enterprises are expected to improve their management level through information construction, and enhance the core competitiveness of Guangdong. LH Hardware Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. is a set of technical, engineering, trade in one company, home appliance manufacturing industry in the international market, in the process of development bottlenecks. In order to improve the overall work efficiency and management level, shorten the gap between domestic and foreign competition, the introduction of the ERP system, and continue to improve in order to adapt to the system.ERP changes in the economic environment, enterprise resource planning, is based on computer network and data technology, using the advanced management theory of modern enterprise,. The degree of integration of resources, reduce costs and help decision-making decision management platform. Guangdong LH Electric Hardware Co., the company focus on the introduction of ERP are in order before the sales, the main use of artificial mode to collect the statistical data, ignoring the internal management system reform, resulting in the company development appeared in the process of the backlog of goods, material loss, low the workshop production efficiency. Therefore, Guangdong LH Electric Hardware Co Ltd is introduced in ERP system, realize information sharing, building the modern management system, the sustainable development, adapt to the fierce competition environment condition.ERP thought and software after 20 years of practice and development, has been in Western business circles proved an excellent management philosophy, the the core idea is that comprehensive management research task, model, formula, data, so as to promote the realization of enterprise ERP system in supply chain docking, collaborative commerce, With the international management mode and system application of convergence. Although the ERP system has been widely used in foreign enterprises, and achieved great success, but the success rate of application in China enterprises are far from satisfactory. This paper argues that the successful application of enterprise ERP system, need the ability to meet certain prerequisites and have to deal with the risk, and according to the changes in the actual situation of enterprises and the market continues to improve ERP system. Guangdong LH Electric Hardware Co., according to management needs, introducing ERP system, and the construction and improvement of information management system in the application process, to help businesses improve management level and production efficiency. This paper first reviews the development process of ERP, the basic concept, characteristics, the management thought of ERP conducted a comprehensive and systematic understanding; secondly, analyzes the whole process of Guangdong LH Electric Hardware Co Ltd is introduced in ERP system, puts forward the existing problems; thirdly, analysis The Formosa Plastics Group and Guangdong SH children's products Co. Ltd. introduction of ERP, and draw inspiration from the successful and failure; fourth, suggestions for improvement, Guangdong LH Electric Hardware Co., ERP system mainly includes: the appointment of people responsible for the ERP application, strengthening staff education and management, and constantly improve the ERP system. ERP project department upgraded to the Department of information management; finally, summarizes the research conclusion, and the future development trend of ERP system was proposed.
