【摘要】：應(yīng)對(duì)公路收費(fèi)企業(yè)的巨大的償債壓力和持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的養(yǎng)護(hù)費(fèi)用所導(dǎo)致的可用現(xiàn)金不足以償還到期債務(wù)的財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī),研究將其控制在合理范圍內(nèi),有利于收費(fèi)公路的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。收費(fèi)費(fèi)率優(yōu)化直接影響公路收費(fèi)企業(yè)收入水平,是控制企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)的有效方法。首先,以現(xiàn)金流預(yù)測(cè)管理為切入點(diǎn)構(gòu)建收費(fèi)公路財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)指數(shù),對(duì)公路收費(fèi)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)等級(jí)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),其次,以應(yīng)對(duì)公路收費(fèi)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)為前提建立收費(fèi)公路費(fèi)率優(yōu)化模型。通過(guò)利用收費(fèi)公路的費(fèi)率優(yōu)化手段化解公路收費(fèi)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī),既使企業(yè)有能力償還巨額到期債務(wù)而不出現(xiàn)較高財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī),又使企業(yè)不因財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)較低而產(chǎn)生超額利潤(rùn)。最后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)金流分析對(duì)A公路收費(fèi)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)等級(jí)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并通過(guò)費(fèi)率優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明通過(guò)費(fèi)率優(yōu)化可有效降低公路收費(fèi)企業(yè)因現(xiàn)金流斷裂造成財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:In response to the financial crisis that the huge debt service pressure of road toll enterprises and the increasing maintenance cost caused by the available cash is not enough to pay the debt due, the study should keep it within a reasonable range. It is beneficial to the healthy and sustainable development of toll roads. The optimization of toll rates directly affects the revenue level of highway toll collection enterprises. It is an effective method to control the financial crisis of enterprises. First of all. Based on cash flow forecast management, the financial crisis index of toll road is constructed, and the financial crisis grade of highway toll enterprise is evaluated. Secondly. In order to deal with the financial crisis of highway toll enterprises, the model of toll rate optimization is established, and the financial crisis of highway toll enterprises is resolved by means of the rate optimization of toll roads. Even if the enterprise has the ability to pay off a large amount of debt due without a higher financial crisis, but not because of the lower financial crisis to generate excess profits. Finally. According to the cash flow analysis, the financial crisis grade of A highway toll enterprise is evaluated, and the rate optimization model is used to calculate it. The results show that the risk of financial crisis caused by cash flow breakage in highway toll enterprises can be effectively reduced by rate optimization.
