【摘要】：新常態(tài)下,我國紡織企業(yè)正面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),市場低迷,資源環(huán)境約束壓加劇,要素成本上漲,都促使著紡織企業(yè)加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級。然而,轉(zhuǎn)型升級需要大量的資本投入,紡織業(yè)作為低附加值、高能耗產(chǎn)業(yè)的代表,資金短缺、資金使用成本高長期制約著其發(fā)展。尤其是中小型紡織企業(yè),由于缺乏科學的財務管理制度,更加劇了融資困難和迫切轉(zhuǎn)型之間的矛盾。因此,中小紡織企業(yè)要順利完成轉(zhuǎn)型升級,科學地制定融資方案至關(guān)重要。本文總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外融資相關(guān)的研究成果,闡述了融資相關(guān)的概念和理論。在此基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析了ZZ公司的融資現(xiàn)狀,揭示了公司在融資來源和融資管理等方面存在的問題,然后從公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級期的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃出發(fā),利用專業(yè)人員調(diào)查研究法估算了公司轉(zhuǎn)型期的銷售收入預測值,再通過對公司歷年報表項目進行回歸分析,精確計算了ZZ公司在轉(zhuǎn)型升級期的資金需求,根據(jù)公司的實際情況,篩選出銀行借款和融資租賃為企業(yè)可行的融資方式,然后據(jù)此制定出融資方案。方案的內(nèi)容以滿足ZZ公司資金需求、保證公司具備一定的償債能力為前提,維持合理速動比率,在抵押借款限額允許的范圍內(nèi),優(yōu)先采用低成本的融資方式。本文還對融資管理流程進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計,并對融資方案實施的評價方法進行了深入探討。本文最終對方案實施的考評措施以及可能面臨的風險和防范措施進行了深入探討,并期望為更多同類中小企業(yè)解決融資問題提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, China's textile enterprises are facing a hitherto unknown challenge, the market downturn, resource and environmental constraints intensified pressure, rising factor costs, the textile enterprises to accelerate the transformation and upgrading. However, the need to upgrade the large capital investment, the textile industry as low value-added, high energy consumption industry, the shortage of funds, the use of funds the high cost of long-term restrict its development. Especially the small and medium sized textile enterprises, due to the lack of scientific financial management system, exacerbated the contradiction between the financing difficulties and urgent transformation. Therefore, the small and medium-sized textile enterprises to successfully complete the transformation and upgrading, scientifically formulate financing scheme is very important. This paper summarizes the research results of the domestic and foreign related financing and expounds the related concepts and theories of financing. On this basis, first analyzes the financing status of ZZ company, reveals the company in financing and financing management and other aspects. In the problem, and then from the company's transformation and upgrading of the strategic planning of the professional investigation method to estimate the value prediction in transformation period of the sales revenue, the company over the years through the report project of the regression analysis, ZZ, upgrade the demand for funds in the transition period is calculated accurately, according to the actual situation of the company, selected bank loans and lease financing for enterprises feasible financing mode, and then determined the financing scheme. The content of the program to meet the ZZ demand for funds, ensure the company has certain solvency as the premise, maintain a reasonable speed ratio, in the range of mortgage loan quota allowed, give priority to the use of low-cost financing in this paper. Also optimize the design of financing management process, evaluation method and implementation of financing scheme is discussed. Finally, the implementation of programmes and measures of evaluation The risks and precautions that can be faced are discussed in depth, and we expect to provide a reference for more similar small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the financing problems.
