【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為行政事業(yè)單位應(yīng)在整個單位具備充分共識的基礎(chǔ)上,通過明確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職、權(quán)、責(zé),采取項(xiàng)目化管理,確定風(fēng)險評估范圍與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以執(zhí)行者視角設(shè)計內(nèi)控,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部控制目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:This paper argues that administrative institutions should take full consensus on the basis of the whole unit, make clear the leadership, responsibilities and responsibilities, take project management, determine the scope and standard of risk assessment, design internal control from the perspective of executives, and finally achieve the goal of internal control.
