【摘要】：在剛剛閉幕的2014年全國(guó)"兩會(huì)"上,來自注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師行業(yè)的6名代表委員,圍繞國(guó)計(jì)民生,建言改革,獻(xiàn)策發(fā)展。為幫助和支持代表委員撰寫提案建議,更好地履職盡責(zé),中注協(xié)根據(jù)《中國(guó)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師協(xié)會(huì)聯(lián)系服務(wù)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師行業(yè)代表人士工作規(guī)程》有關(guān)要求,為代表人士提供專項(xiàng)聯(lián)系服務(wù)工作,鼓勵(lì)和支持他們立足專業(yè)本職,切實(shí)為服務(wù)國(guó)家建設(shè)和推動(dòng)行業(yè)發(fā)展建諍言、獻(xiàn)良策。同時(shí),配合《人民政協(xié)報(bào)》、《中國(guó)會(huì)計(jì)報(bào)》、《財(cái)會(huì)信報(bào)》等媒體對(duì)行業(yè)代表、委員參政議政進(jìn)行系列報(bào)道,為代表人士參政議政營(yíng)造良好氛圍。行業(yè)6位代表委員積極發(fā)揮作為一名注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師會(huì)算賬、懂決策、善分析的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),就各自關(guān)注的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、民生和行業(yè)發(fā)展的重要話題,提交了各自的提案、建議�，F(xiàn)將提案、建議摘編如下。
[Abstract]:At the just concluded National "two sessions" on 2014, six deputies from the CPA industry made proposals for reform and development around the national economy and the people's livelihood, and wrote proposals to help and support the deputies. To better perform its duties and due diligence, the CCPA will provide special contact services to the deputies in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "rules for the work of the Association of Certified Public Accountants of China relating to the work of Certified Public Accountants in the profession". They should be encouraged and supported to base themselves on their professional duties, to offer sound advice and suggestions for serving the country and promoting the development of the industry. At the same time, they should cooperate with the CPPCC newspaper and the China Accounting Daily. The "Financial and Accounting Daily" and other media have carried out a series of reports on trade representatives and members participating in politics and discussing politics, thus creating a good atmosphere for representatives to participate in political affairs, and the six representatives of the industry actively played their role as a certified public accountant to settle accounts. Understand the professional advantages of decision-making, good analysis, on the economic, social, livelihood and industry development of the important topics, submitted their own proposals, proposals.

【正文快照】： 全國(guó)人大代表余瑞玉:建立銀行函證中心優(yōu)化注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境銀行函證實(shí)務(wù)問題是全國(guó)人大代表 余瑞玉這次提案關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題之一。她告訴記者,銀行函證是注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師執(zhí)行審計(jì)工作常用的一項(xiàng)核心審計(jì)程序。隨著銀行業(yè)務(wù)的不斷創(chuàng)新,以前的詢證函格式不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前審計(jì)的需要。
