【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和信息技術(shù)的變革,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入一體化時(shí)代?鐕(guó)公司面臨新的格局和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,對(duì)公司的發(fā)展提出新的挑戰(zhàn)和考驗(yàn):如何運(yùn)用信息技術(shù)的手段實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理質(zhì)量的提升成為企業(yè)研發(fā)的重點(diǎn)。20世紀(jì)八十年代,ITIL理論和共享服務(wù)中心理論提出并應(yīng)用于大型集團(tuán)公司;贗TIL的理論實(shí)踐,建立共享服務(wù)中心,企業(yè)可以有效集中社會(huì)的信息化服務(wù)的資源。通過(guò)大規(guī)模的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)立,以及合理化的管理,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了降低企業(yè)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的目的。本文介紹了在大背景下的IT運(yùn)維管理、共享服務(wù)理論模式以及理論模型。充分體現(xiàn)共享服務(wù)在企業(yè)中發(fā)揮的信息共享和傳遞再利用的職能。本文深入分析了中國(guó)能源財(cái)務(wù)有限公司在IT運(yùn)維工作發(fā)展中,人員和設(shè)備不斷增加,系統(tǒng)不斷開發(fā)上線,IT管理規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,出現(xiàn)機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置龐大,服務(wù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)混亂,服務(wù)職責(zé)劃分不清,服務(wù)效率低下等問題。把IT運(yùn)維管理和共享服務(wù)有效地聯(lián)系在一起,最終平臺(tái)在以IT運(yùn)維共享服務(wù)管理中心基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn),建立一個(gè)符合公司發(fā)展需求的IT運(yùn)維管理模式,進(jìn)行資源和信息的整合再利用,達(dá)成提高IT運(yùn)維工作效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,以及降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的目的,從而提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy and information technology revolution, the global economy has entered the era of integrated. Multinational companies face a new pattern and market environment, put forward new challenges to the development of the company: how to use the information technology means to enhance the quality of management for enterprises to focus on R & D in.20 80s, ITIL theory and sharing service center theory is proposed and applied to a large group of companies. Based on ITIL theory and practice, the establishment of shared service center, information service enterprises can effectively concentrate social resources. Set up by the scale of the standard, and rational management, eventually reduces the enterprise daily operation cost. This paper introduces the operation and maintenance management in IT under the background of the sharing service theory model and the theoretical model. Fully embody the sharing service plays in enterprise information sharing and transfer again The use of functions. This paper analyzes the China Energy Finance Company Limited in the development of the IT operation and maintenance personnel, and increasing equipment, and constantly develop on-line system, IT management continues to expand the scale of institutional settings is huge, the standard of service quality service confusion, unclear division of responsibilities, service efficiency of management and operation and maintenance of the IT. Shared services effectively together, eventually sharing platform in IT operation and maintenance service management center based on implementation, establish a meet the development needs of the company's IT operation and maintenance management, integration of resources and the reuse of information, to improve the IT operation and maintenance work efficiency and service quality, and reduce the operation cost, so as to enhance the the competitiveness of enterprises.
