本研究的主要目的是實證研究基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對1996-2018年尼日利亞外商直接投資流入的影響。具體而言,它試圖確定尼日利亞的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和外國直接投資流入之間是否存在長期關(guān)系,或者這兩個宏觀經(jīng)濟變量是否在長期內(nèi)趨同。隨著各國經(jīng)濟對投資需求的不斷增加,對外商直接投資決定因素的認識成為經(jīng)濟文獻研究的重要課題。基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施通過促進生產(chǎn)力、成本和貿(mào)易對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在這方面,本文的目的是通過使用五個基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施指標,包括移動蜂窩用戶、鐵路鐵路線、航空運輸和海港基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,調(diào)查一國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對該國外國直接投資水平的影響,利用1996-2018年數(shù)據(jù)的普通最小二乘模型。折衷范式形成了本研究的理論背景,強調(diào)了OLI框架的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,該框架明確了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施在吸引FDI中的作用。結(jié)果表明,只有移動蜂窩用戶和海港基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施質(zhì)量兩個基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施變量導(dǎo)致FDI流入增加。對調(diào)查結(jié)果的仔細分析通常突出表明,尼日利亞雖然是一個大市場,資源豐富,但在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施方面仍落后于其他國家,這使得外國投資者難以像預(yù)期的那樣進入該國進行投資。特別是電力基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和鐵路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施表現(xiàn)不佳,考慮到這兩個子部門在任何經(jīng)濟增長中的作用,必須緊急復(fù)蘇它們,以確保...
