【摘要】：本文建立了一個(gè)農(nóng)戶(hù)借貸行為及其福利影響模型作為經(jīng)驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)的理論依據(jù);以云南省彝良縣為例,對(duì)我國(guó)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)農(nóng)戶(hù)借貸行為與生產(chǎn)、收入和消費(fèi)等福利效應(yīng)之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),受訪地區(qū)農(nóng)戶(hù)主要來(lái)自親朋間的無(wú)息貸款,對(duì)農(nóng)戶(hù)福利水平的影響僅表現(xiàn)為對(duì)生存性消費(fèi)和現(xiàn)有農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的維持。結(jié)論通過(guò)了較為嚴(yán)格的內(nèi)生性檢驗(yàn)。政府的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投入和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策支持,是突破欠發(fā)達(dá)農(nóng)業(yè)地區(qū)貧困陷阱的重要力量。
[Abstract]:This paper establishes a model of farmers' borrowing behavior and its welfare impact as the theoretical basis of empirical test, and takes Yiliang County of Yunnan Province as an example to make an empirical study on the relationship between farmers' lending behavior and welfare effects such as production, income and consumption in underdeveloped areas of China. It is found that the farmers in the surveyed areas mainly come from interest-free loans between relatives and friends, and the impact on the welfare level of farmers is only the maintenance of survival consumption and existing agricultural production. Conclusion the strict endogeny test has been passed. Government infrastructure investment and industrial policy support are important forces to break through the poverty trap in underdeveloped agricultural areas.
