核心企業(yè)主導的供應鏈融資研究

【摘要】：中國改革開放以來，供應鏈上中小企業(yè)迅速發(fā)展，已成為國民經濟和社會發(fā)展的重要力量，但其在發(fā)展過程中面臨諸多困難，融資難已成為中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的最大障礙。加之國際和國內經濟形勢低迷，供應鏈中小節(jié)點企業(yè)融資困難的問題更加嚴重。 本文首先對供應鏈中小節(jié)點企業(yè)的融資特征進行分析，指出供應鏈融資是解決中小節(jié)點企業(yè)融資難的有效途徑。在對現有供應鏈融資產品的運作機制和特點進行比較分析后，認為現有供應鏈融資業(yè)務忽略了對供應鏈鏈內盈余資金的運用以及核心企業(yè)鏈內協(xié)調和控制能力的發(fā)揮，限制了供應鏈融資業(yè)務的適用性，不能滿足大量中小節(jié)點企業(yè)的資金需求。其次，針對現有供應鏈融資業(yè)務的局限性，提出由核心企業(yè)主導的供應鏈融資方式，，討論供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)在核心企業(yè)主導供應鏈融資下的收益，分析表明供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)的收益在該種融資方式下可得到有效提升，核心企業(yè)主導的供應鏈融資是可行的；同時建立數理模型研究供應鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)在核心企業(yè)主導供應鏈融資下的運作決策的影響因素，為供應鏈各參與主體的運作決策提供指導。最后結合WL控股有限公司所在的電機制造供應鏈的數據，對核心企業(yè)主導供應鏈融資模型進行模擬仿真分析，仿真結果進一步驗證了前面理論分析的結論。 本文提出核心企業(yè)主導供應鏈融資的框架，彌補現有供應鏈融資業(yè)務的不足，擴大供應鏈融資業(yè)務的適用性，為進一步解決中小節(jié)點企業(yè)融資困難提出可行方案，該研究在中小節(jié)點企業(yè)融資困境的解決以及供應鏈融資業(yè)務的發(fā)展上具有理論和現實的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening-up in China, the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain has become an important force of the national economy and the social development, but it faces many difficulties in the development process, and the financing difficulty has become the biggest obstacle to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to the low international and domestic economic situation, the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain is more serious. This paper first analyzes the financing characteristics of small and medium-sized node enterprises in the supply chain, and points out that the supply chain financing is the effective way to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises On the basis of the comparative analysis of the operation mechanism and characteristics of the existing supply chain financing products, the existing supply chain financing business is considered to ignore the application of the surplus funds in the chain of the supply chain and the play of the coordination and control ability of the core enterprise chain, and the application of the supply chain financing business is limited. The ability to meet the needs of a large number of small and medium-sized node enterprises Secondly, aiming at the limitation of the existing supply chain financing business, the supply chain financing mode dominated by the core enterprise is put forward, and the collection of the supply chain node enterprises under the financing of the leading supply chain of the core enterprise is discussed. The result shows that the income of the supply chain node enterprise can be effectively improved under the financing mode, and the supply chain financing dominated by the core enterprise is feasible; meanwhile, a mathematical model is established to study the influence of the supply chain node enterprise in the operation decision of the core enterprise leading supply chain financing. In addition, in order to provide the operation and decision-making of the participating entities of the supply chain, Finally, the data of the supply chain of the motor in which the WL Holding Co., Ltd. is located is combined. The simulation and simulation analysis of the core enterprise-led supply chain financing model is carried out. The simulation results further verify the knots of the previous theoretical analysis. On the basis of the framework of the core enterprise-led supply chain financing, this paper makes up the deficiency of the existing supply chain financing business, and expands the applicability of the supply chain financing business. Line scheme, this study has the theory and the realistic meaning in the solution of the financing dilemma of small and medium-sized nodes and the development of supply chain financing business
